Jaded Blossom September 2022 Halloween Release: SNEAK PEEK DAY 3

Happy Wednesday Friends! Today we are on Day 3 of Sneak Peeks for the Jaded Blossom September 2022 Halloween Release. You can grab the "Gotta Have It Now Package" now for a discounted amount. If you wait until the release goes live on Thursday, the package price will go up.

Today, I used the new Halloween Candies *Grid Style* Stamps to create my own background paper. I've done this technique before and love how these small stamps can be used in many different ways. I also tried using some Nuvo Masking Liquid so I could rub Distress Oxide Ink over the stamped images. It's not my favorite so if you have a different brand of masking liquid you love please let me know!

I used the Scallop Rectangle Dies 1 to create the red scallop border underneath the patterned paper. The candy apple and sentiment are part of the FREEBIE Stamp called Poison Apples with Outline Die. This set is FREE on all $60 orders placed from Thursday to Sunday (must also order at least 1 new release item).

Jaded Blossom September 2022 Halloween Release: SNEAK PEEK DAY 2

Happy Tuesday Friends! Today we are on Day 2 of Sneak Peeks for the Jaded Blossom September 2022 Halloween Release. You can grab the "Gotta Have It Now Package" now for a discounted amount. If you wait until the release goes live on Thursday, the package price will go up.

Today, I created another party favor this time using the Scallop Caddy Die with the new Bone Chilling Treats Stamps + Outline Die. I used the Scallop Circle Dies behind the image. The ghost background paper was created using the new Ghost Stencil. It coordinated perfectly with these skull chocolates.

For the ghost background, I rubbed Versamark Embossing Ink over the stencil, sprinkled on white embossing powder, and then heat-set. The stencil is a set of two...one stencil for the ghost body and one stencil for the ghost eyes/mouth. After heat embossing, I rubbed Versaclair black ink over the eye/mouth stencil and then heat set it again so the black ink didn't rub off.

You know that I love me some gnomes so of course having additional add-ons just makes me giddy! This Halloween Add-On is really AWESOME!! I used the Crate Die to create this Candy Corn Party Favor.

One of the things I love doing with these gnome add-ons is coloring in a little face. I just move the hat up so I'm able to add some eyes, and I use the hands die to create ears. This scene was so much fun to put together!

I recently saw a cute SVG Cutting File (here) with an adorable gnome created from leaves. I loved it so much and thought...Hey, I bet I can create a mini version using Jaded Blossom dies. To create this fabulous guy, I used Gnome Dies, Gnome Dies: Fall Add Ons (large leaf under his nose), and Fall Dies (the small and large leaves).

And of course, Jaded Blossom had the perfect sentiment to go with him in the set called Happy Fall Gnomie Stamps. I raised the gnome on foam tape for extra dimension.

This month's prize for a randomly selected winner is:

We hope you play along in the September Challenge for a chance to win a FREE Stamp Set! Be sure to check out the Jaded Blossom Store for all your stamps and gift giving supplies. They have various Cutting Dies to make party favors along with Favor Bags and Boxes.

I Am Roses + Conie Fong's Emily with Penguin

Happy Wednesday friends! Today's card is for I Am Roses, and features their gorgeous paper flowers with this adorable digital image from Conie Fong called Emily with Penguin. Aren't they just the cutest pair ever?! I love that IAR flowers come in a variety of colors so you can match them to any project you are working on.

COPICS:
Skin: E50, E00, E01, E11, E13
Hair: E23, E25, E29
Pink: R81, R83, R85

White: C0, C1, C2
Blue: BG11, BG32
Penguin: C0, C1, C2, C5, C8, C10, Black, YR02, YR04, YR09

The snowflakes and snowflake border were pieces I had in my stash, along with the sentiment. I used a pink R43 flower for the large flower, then white cherry blossoms, and pink small flowers. The green and light pink mini leaves coordinated perfectly.

Remember, you have until SEPTEMBER 8th to link up your project to the current ANYTHING GOES Challenge. Be sure to use a minimum of 3 I Am Roses products on your card to qualify for a prize. I can't wait to see what you make!

Hugs,

Rosie

Jaded Blossom: Turkey Scallop Caddy Party Favor

Happy Friday friends! Jaded Blossom had a Mini Thanksgiving Release last week so I decided to play around some more with the new products. I wanted to create a Scallop Caddy Party Favor to hold some hot chocolate packets that would coordinate with the turkey place card I made last week (check out the post HERE). But, I needed a smaller turkey than the Octagon Die Turkey Add On. As I was looking at the Gnome Dies: Thanksgiving Add Ons, I realized I could create a small turkey using the dies without adding the gnome. I used the turkey leg die and the turkey feather die to create the turkey's body and it worked pretty well! To create his little feet, I used the gnome hands die.

The sentiment is from the new Gobble Up Gnomie Stamp Set. I just masked off the bottom part of the sentiment with painter's tape so it only stamped the top 3 words of the sentiment. The acorn pattern was created using the new Acorn Stencil. It comes with two separate stencils...one stencil to create the nut and one to create the top cupule. Having two stencils makes it so much easier when using different colors of ink. I was able to fit two hot chocolate packets in the Scallop Caddy.

Remember, Jaded Blossom has a current SKETCH Challenge. You have until September 3rd to play along for a chance to win a free stamp set! And be sure to check out the Jaded Blossom Store for all your stamps and gift giving supplies. They have various Cutting Dies to make party favors along with Favor Bags and Boxes.

Hugs,

Rosie

For today's project, I created two little gift jar sets. I found the small plastic jars along with the paper sunflowers and glass acorns at The Dollar Tree. I created a jar wrap and used the small sunflower die from the Gnome Dies: Thanksgiving Add Ons to fill the barrel from Fall Dies. The large acorn and sentiment are from the Thankful Acorn FREEBIE set.

I used the new Sunflower Stencil and Acorn Stencil to decorate the strip of paper that goes around the jar.

Jaded Blossom: Mini Thanksgiving 2022 Release Day 2-TURKEYS

Happy Thursday Friends! Today we are on Day 2 of Sneak Peeks for the Jaded Blossom Mini Thanksgiving 2022 Release. You can grab the "Gotta Have It Now Package" now for a discounted amount. If you wait until the release goes live on Friday, the package price will go up.

Today, we are showcasing the new Octagon Dies: Turkey Add Ons. I love the versatility of these dies. You don't need the Octagon Box Die with this add on. You can create the turkey and make anything you want with it. I decided to make this mini card that can be used as a table seating place card (name can be added to turkey's belly or added in place of the sentiment). You could also glue this to the top of a goodie bag as a bag topper. The size of this turkey is perfect as the focal point of your project!

The card base is 3.5 x 5.5. I used the new Acorn Stencil on the card panel. I love that there are TWO stencils....one for the acorn and one stencil for the top of the acorn so it's easier to keep the colors separate. The turkey with it's feathers measures 4 inches high by 5 inches wide. I think he's just the cutest turkey ever!

The Greeting Farm August Stamp Feature Day 3: CHEEKY TRAVELS

Happy Thursday everyone! We are on our last day of of Stamp Features for the August 2022 New Release at The Greeting Farm. This month, TGF introduced 3 new stamp sets which are all available now for purchase. Claudette, Joni and I are on The Greeting Farm Blog showcasing the new release.

Don't forget about my GIVE-AWAY for the Foxy Fall Stamp Set on the post from yesterday. I LOVE the foxes so much that I'm giving one lucky fan a chance to win this stamp set!!
Follow my blog and leave a comment on the post HERE letting me know what you love about fall. That's it....easy peasy! I'll draw a winner later on in the week.

Today's set called CHEEKY TRAVELS is right up my alley. I love visiting new countries, although my back hates it, LOL! I end up with a bruised/sore tailbone after flying, but I endure it just so I can visit my favorite places.

I stamped several of the accessory stamps on the panel with the various countries. The images are colored with Copic markers. The digital paper I used is called Carta Bella's Let's Travel from SnapClickSupply.

Remember to head over to The Greeting Farm Store to grab your favorites. You're going to LOVE them all! And please join The Greeting Farm Fan Page to share you creations. We would love to see them!

Hugs,

Rosie
