For my card today, I used an adorable digital image from Conie Fong's Panda Bundle. There are 6 different panda images and the file comes with JPEG and PNG versions of each image for a total of 12 images. It's an awesome bundle! I printed the image on Copic Xpress It Blending Card and colored it with Copic Markers. The edges were inked with Distress Oxide Ink.

 

I dry embossed the background with a polka dot embossing folder. I cut the image into a circle and then framed it with a black scallop circle (dies are from Jaded Blossom). Then I kicked it up a notch by adding gorgeous flowers from I Am Roses. Did you know that I Am Roses carries flowers in black?! They are perfect for Bee cards, Halloween cards, and Panda cards. The large white flower is the R43 Peony, followed by black cherry blossoms, small white achillea cottage flowers, and tiny leaves. The sentiment is from Jaded Blossom's Pandas Are Awesome Stamp Set.

I Am Roses + Conie Fong's Panda Bundle

Happy Thursday friends! Today, I'm showcasing a card for I Am Roses featuring this adorable panda munching on bamboo leaves from Conie Fong's Panda Bundle. All of the pandas in this bundle are adorable! I printed the image on Xpress It Blending Card and coloring it with Copic Markers.

To finish off the card, I added gorgeous flowers from I Am Roses. I love that IAR has so many available colors to match any color scheme. I wanted black and white to go with my panda. The large flowers are R43 White Peonies, followed by black cherry blossoms, white achillea cottage flowers, mini black roses, and tiny green leaves.

For my card today I'm using paper from Doodlebug Design's Bee Happy 6x8 Paper Pad. Sometimes you need a quick card, and many of the paper pads from Doodlebug Design come with image blocks you can use for the focal point of your card.  

 

Of course to kick it up a notch, I added gorgeous flowers from I Am Roses. Did you know that I Am Roses carries flowers in black?! They are perfect for bee cards and Halloween cards. The large yellow flower is R43 Peony, followed by black cherry blossoms, small yellow achillea cottage flowers, and tiny leaves (I colored green leaves black with alcohol markers).

I Am Roses + Conie Fong's Yeti Heart Balloon

Happy Tuesday friends! Today, I'm showcasing a card for I Am Roses featuring this adorable yeti from Conie Fong's Yeti Bundle. I am in LOVE with all of the yetis in this bundle! And, who says yeti's have to be a certain color? I decided for this one I wanted a purple/pink combo! 

I printed the image on Copic Xpress It Blending Card, and colored it with Copic Markers. The sentiment is from Jaded Blossom.

I have several card kits in my stash from Diamond Press and decided to put together a slimline card featuring a gold HELLO sentiment. I love that their card kits come with card bases, ephemera, sentiments, along with a load of other embellishments!

 

I layered a bunch of I Am Roses flowers along the edge and at the bottom of the bird ephemera. There is a pink floral spray along the side, along with a R43 pink peony to fill the bottom. Intertwined thorough out are little lilies, cherry blossoms, and small achillea cottage flowers.

 

 

I found some pearl sprays in my stash, and some tiny butterflies.

Happy Saturday friends! Today, I'm showcasing a Mother's Day Card using the gorgeous flowers from I Am Roses with another adorable Yeti from Conie Fong's Yeti Bundle. My mom and mother-in-law both love purple so I really need to make more cards using that color! I printed the image on Copic Xpress It Blending Card, and colored him with Copic Markers.

I am a paper hoarder and have some gorgeous 12x12 paper packs that have been in my stash for a while. I came across this one called FLORA No. 3 by Carta Bella. The papers, stickers and sentiment blocks are stunning!

 

For the flowers, I used R43 pale pink with pink center peonies, followed by S3 mint green cherry blossoms, S10m white small achillea cottage flowers, S10m-(4C) soft pink-hot pink center small achillea cottage flowers, and tiny green roses leaves.

I LOVE the mermaids from Sweet November Stamps. I colored up a bunch of them a couple of years ago for a challenge, and still have several left to use on projects. I settled on this cutie called The Guppies: Gilly, and decided to create a birthday card. 

 

 

After coloring her with Copic markers, I fussy cut her out, and placed her on top of a circle piece of pattern paper with foam tape. I framed the circle using Circle Internal Scallops Die 2 from Jaded Blossom. The sentiment is Jaded Blossom's Mermaid To Be Friends Stamp Set. I then added small round glass cabochons. 

  

For the flowers, I used R43 baby blue peonies, dark navy blue roses, S10m-royal/c small pale blue with blue center flowers, S10m baby blue small achillea cottage flowers, and tiny green roses leaves.  

 

Here's a close up of Gilly. I added star dust stickles to her tail and her top for extra sparkle.

Conie Fong: TURKEY CANDY CANE

Happy Monday friends! I'm back today with a Christmas card featuring Turkey Candy Cane which is one of the images from Conie Fong's Turkey Bundle. These turkeys are so much fun! This bundle comes with a variety of images that are perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and even Birthdays.

To finish off the card, I added gorgeous colorful flowers from I Am Roses. The large white flower is the R43 Snow White Peony. I then added Red Cherry Blossoms, followed by S10m White Achillea Cottage, S10m Red Small Achillea Cottage, and Tiny Green Leaves. In case you were wondering, IAR challenges will resume in January for a chance at winning prizes!!
