Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps~3rd Anniversary HOP!!

Hello and Welcome to the Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps 3rd Anniversary Hop! Not only are we here to help Sparkle celebrate 3 years of SCRS, but we are also officially releasing 4 new SCRS images this month -- Paris Lucy,  London Charlotte, New York Josh, and Seattle Chloe. They are ALL available in the STORE NOW!

For my card today I used Paris Lucy!! I had so much fun coloring this image!!! I can't wait to get to the other ones. I should have colored Seattle Chloe since I'm visiting my mom in WA State, but I had dps to match Paris Lucy, haha! Plus who wouldn't want to go to Paris?!!

For my card I used some awesome travel dps from My Mind's Eye Come Away With Me 6x6 paper pad. It's kind of hard to tell but the background dp has Eiffel Towers on it. The little tickets are also from the same paper pad. The white heart border is from The Greeting Farm Tulip Border Die. I cut the Ooh, La La! sentiment (which comes with Paris Lucy) with the La-La Land Crafts Stitched Tabs Die. I also used LLLC Filigree Corner Die. The pearls are from The Paper Studio and the ribbon is from Walmart.

Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps~~Photo Inspiration Challenge!

Today starts a new challenge at Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps. You have until Sunday, 04/07/13 @ 9 PM PST to play along with our new challenge which is this awesome Photo Inspiration...sooooo beautiful!!

For my card, I used the super fabulous Birthday Cake Emily!! Isn't she adorable?!!

I used some cute dps from MME The Sweetest Thing~Tangerine. The cardstock is from Tim Holtz Distress Core'dinations. The orange pearls are from Recollections. The ribbon came from Walmart. The white rose is from Kaisercraft and the blue roses are from my friend!

Sparkle Creations GOLFING OLIVER Blog Hop!

Hi everyone!! I'm back again today with another new release from Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps. This new adorable stamp is called GOLFING OLIVER!! I know quite a few people who love to golf so this stamp is going to be perfect for some future cards. :) This new stamp, along with Basketball Josh (which I previewed yesterday) are now available to buy in the SCRS Store!

Now on to my card! I stamped GOLFING OLIVER with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on Copic X-Press It Blending Card and colored him with Copics. I used my Copics to make his dapper plaid pants. :)

My dps are from the Simple Stories SUMMER FRESH 6x6 pad. The red cardstock is from Core'dinations. The green scallop border is from a 12 inch border sticker set from Little Yellow Bicycle Canvas Borders. I cut the "Happy Day" strip from one of the dps in the Summer Fresh pad and glued it to the top of the Canvas Border then adhered it to the card with pop-dots. The cloud was cut out using The Greeting Farm Mini Clouds with Die set. The sentiment came with Golfing Oliver. I cut it out, outlined the paper edge with B91 and then used pop-dots behind it. I also outlined the cloud with B91 and again added more pop-dots. The grass was cut out using one of the dies in the La- La Land Crafts Cloud, Sun, Island Set.

The sentiment (which also comes with Basketball Josh) was cut out using an EK Success Punch and then the edge outlined with a Black Copic Marker. The black twine is actually jewelry cord that I also bought at Walmart. The black pearls are from Recollections.

Guest Designer for Sparkle Creations!

Happy Monday everyone! I have some exciting news to announce!! For the month of March, I get the privilege of being a Guest Designer for Sparkle Creations!!

For my card today, I used Soccer Josh. My little boy, Isaiah, loves soccer so we signed him up for a soccer league. He has practices every Wednesday and Thursday, and then games on Saturday so we're pretty busy. He hates the practices, but loves the games, LOL!

I found an awesome sports paper pack from Karen Foster Designs called SPORTS. It covers basketball, football, baseball, and soccer....yippee!!  The "SCORE" sentiment also comes with Soccer Josh.

I printed an extra image and cut out the soccer ball and place it on pop-dot for added dimension. I also raised the panel with Soccer Josh on pop-dots. You can see it better in this side view:
