For my card today I'm using paper from Doodlebug Design's Bee Happy 6x8 Paper Pad. Sometimes you need a quick card, and many of the paper pads from Doodlebug Design come with image blocks you can use for the focal point of your card.  

 

Of course to kick it up a notch, I added gorgeous flowers from I Am Roses. Did you know that I Am Roses carries flowers in black?! They are perfect for bee cards and Halloween cards. The large yellow flower is R43 Peony, followed by black cherry blossoms, small yellow achillea cottage flowers, and tiny leaves (I colored green leaves black with alcohol markers).

Today, I'm sharing a Christmas card using this adorable Santa with Gift Sack Digi Stamp from Conie Fong. Isn't he the sweetest?!! By the way, have you checked out the Draw With Conie YouTube Channel? Conie walks you step-by-step on how to draw simple images. If you have ever been interested in drawing or need an activity to keep the kids entertained, then head over and Subscribe!

 

I used paper and a tag from Doodlebug Design. The little snowflakes on the image are from the Jaded Blossom Winter Embellishment Cluster Die. To finish off the card, I added gorgeous flowers from I Am Roses! The large red flower is the R43 Peony, followed by white cherry blossoms, S10m small red flowers, and tiny green leaves.

Jaded Blossom November 2024 Release: SNEAK PEEK DAY 1

On Saturday I went to a craft day at my friend's church and I cut over 70 Coffee Slider Dies for the ladies to make. Since I had all the dies out, I decided to create a gingerbread-themed Coffee Gift Card Slider using the new Gnome Friends: Gingerbread Die and the Gingerbread Faces Stamp Set.

I love the scallop edge on the coffee sleeve from the Coffee Slider Add On Die so I used that instead. On the back of the sleeve, I added a sentiment from the new Gingerbread Brewed Stamp Set and cut it out using the Outline Dies.

Jaded Blossom: SPOOKY SEASON!

Happy Friday everyone! Last month was Christmas in July, and this month I'm doing Halloween in August! I loved the recently released Photo Frame Die so I decided to use it for a Halloween card. To create this spooky scene, I started off with some paper from Doodlebug Design. The string of bats at the top of the card is from Halloween Banner Dies. The other shapes are from Halloween Dies. 

I had these fun googly eyes with lashes so I had to use them on the ghost. I raised the bats and spiders on foam tape for extra dimension. The sentiment is from Spooky Season Stamp Set.

The Greeting Farm August 2024 Stamp Feature Day 1: ANYA LOVES SUSHI

Happy Tuesday friends! We are on Day 1 of Stamp Features for the August 2024 New Release at The Greeting Farm. This month, TGF introduced 3 new stamp sets which are all available now for purchase. Claudette, Joni and I are on The Greeting Farm Blog showcasing the new release.

Do you have a favorite food? For our girl Anya it's sushi! In our first set for August called ANYA LOVES SUSHI, we have Anya enjoying all her favorites!  

I used some cute paper from an older Doodlebug Design Paper Pad. The black frame is the Jaded Blossom Sunburst Card Mat Die. To give the card more dimension, I raised Anya and the sentiment on foam tape.

I'm continuing with Halloween in August so today I've got a cute ghostly card that's sure to put a smile on your face. I used the cutest decorative paper from Doodlebug Design Sweet and Spooky 6x6 Paper Pad, and combined it with Jaded Blossom Gnome Dies: Halloween Add Ons. The great thing about this card is it came together quickly. It literally took less than 30 minutes to put this together!

 

Do you know that IAR carries black flowers? They go perfectly with all your spooky cards!! For this card, my large flower is the R43 Peony in black. Next, I added S3 Purple Cherry Blossoms, followed by S11 Black Summer Cottage and Tiny Green Leaves.

 Today is my friend Sheila's Birthday and she loves gnomes too, so I created this gnome birthday card for her! I used Doodlebug Design stickers, paper, and enamel shapes.

 

 
To take this card to the next level, I added gorgeous IAR flowers to one side with a large red/white rose, followed by white cherry blossoms, red small flowers, and mini red roses.

 Today, I made something other than a card. I've been on a kick lately altering wood home decor items. I had this plain wood shadow box frame lying around so I decided to make use of it. I painted the frame pink, and inserted paper from Doodlebug Design.

 

 
To step it up a notch, I added gorgeous IAR flowers to both corners. The large flower is the R-43 Peony. I then added S3 white cherry blossoms, S10 pink two tone flowers and extra small S10 white flowers. I bought the pink and white wood beads off of Amazon.
