The Greeting Farm August 2026 Challenge: SLIMLINE CARDS

Happy Thursday friends! We have a brand new challenge at The Greeting Farm! Our August 2026 Challenge is: SLIMLINE CARDS! For my card today, I used this awesome clear stamp set called Surf's Up Anya! I wish I knew how to surf because I'd be out on the water all the time!

The challenges start on the 15th of each month, and run until the 14th of the next month so you have several weeks to work on your project. The full list of CHALLENGE RULES will be listed under the challenge album in The Greeting Farm Fan Page Facebook Group. 

I tore pieces of cardstock and vellum, and layered them on top of each other. The palm tree and clouds are dies from Jaded Blossom. The sentiment is from the Surfs Up Anya Stamp Set.

Today, I have two cards to share! My first card features Beachabella. This gorgeous girl is all ready for a relaxing day at the beach. I used a digital junk journal page from Etsy for the background scene, and overlayed the sentiment from Beachabella onto the scene before I printed it. Two things that I love about digi stamps and papers: Instant gratification once you've completed the purchase, and the ability to print them as many times as you want and at any size you need. 

 

My next card features Edna and the Manatee. Aren't they so adorable?! I love the sweet hug they are sharing. The background is a digital scene I got off Creative Fabrica with a sentiment from Edna and the Manatee overlayed on top.

Jaded Blossom March 2026 Challenge: ANYTHING GOES

Happy March friends! It's the first Sunday of the month, and that means we have a brand new challenge at Jaded Blossom.

For the month of March, our challenge is:

ANYTHING GOES!

(must use at least one Jaded Blossom Product)

You don't have to have a blog to play along! You can upload your card to the Challenge Album in the Jaded Blossom's Garden of Creativity Facebook Group. 

Click on "Media" > "Albums". Find the challenge album for the month and click on it. Then click "Add Photos". After you upload your card to the challenge album, refresh your page, and leave a comment under your card for it to show up on the Discussion page.

The temperature is warming up (it was in the 80s today), and it's making me miss Hawaii. My husband is half Hawaiian. Visiting his home and seeing where he spent his youth makes me want to move there. Hawaii feels like home every time we visit. So for today's card I'm bringing Hawaii to me and to you. ALOHA!

 

 

To create this scene I used Tropical Dies, Large Palm Tree Die, and the Aloha Word Die. I cut a small circle from washi tape to place above the blue paper before I glued it down, and inked up around the circle to create the sunset sky using Distress Oxide Ink.

The Greeting Farm May 2025 Stamp Feature Day 2: SURF'S UP ANYA

Happy Thursday friends! We are on Day 2 of Stamp Features for the May 2025 New Release at The Greeting Farm. This month, TGF introduced three new stamp sets which are all available now for purchase. Joni and I are on The Greeting Farm Blog this week showcasing the new release.

Our sweet girl is on vacation in Hawaii, and ready to catch some waves! SURF'S UP ANYA comes with a beach-ready Anya, along with two surf boards, four sentiments, and four accessory images.

I used a pre-colored beach scene in this Free Summer Beach Digital Paper from Creative Fabrica for the background. After stamping and coloring the stamps, I fussy cut the images and added them to the scene with foam tape for extra dimension.

Who knew penguins were going to be the talk of the town lately, LOL! I decided my little guy needed a much needed vacation so he jetted off to Hawaii for some surfing! To create this card, I used Gnome Friends: Penguin Die, Penguin Faces Stamp Set, Gnome Dies: Beach Add Ons, Circle Internal Scallops Dies 2, and Surf's Up Stamp Set. 

 

I traced a circle onto Copic Xpress It Blending Card and sketched out the wave scene. Then I used Copic Markers and a white gel pen to bring it to life. I definitely pushed myself and there were times I wasn't sure about it. I just kept adding various blue curved lines, lots of layers, and it finally came together.

The Greeting Farm March 2025 Stamp Feature Day 2: YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE

Sunny days are right around the corner, and these adorable animals have gathered together to soak it all in! Our next set called  YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE comes with 6 cute animals, 2 sentiments, and a variety of accessory images. Of course, I had to include them all on this card.

To create the outdoor scene I used the Meadow Backdrop: Landscape Die from Lawn Fawn. I raised the bottom grassy area and some of the animals on foam tape for extra dimension.

The Greeting Farm May 2024 Stamp Feature Day 3: HOT & SUNNY

Happy Monday friends! We are on our last day of Stamp Features for the May 2024 New Release at The Greeting Farm. This month, TGF introduced 3 new stamp sets which are all available now for purchase. Claudette, Joni and I are on The Greeting Farm Blog showcasing the new release.

Big Anya with her popsicle and Ian with his cold soda are ready to enjoy some outdoor activities in this last set called HOT & SUNNY. I did some masking and stamped Anya and Ian directly on the Copic Xpress It Cardstock and used Copics to color in everything for this one layer card.

Then I stamped the popsicle and soda bottle separately, fussy cut them out and glued them to the card. The sentiment is part of the stamp set.

Summer is right around the corner and I've got travel/beach fever! I saw this adorable image from Conie Fong called Summer Flamingo and just had to color her up. She's enjoying the warm weather on the beach! I love her summer hat and floatie!

Jaded Blossom Beach Mini Release!

 Happy Friday friends! It's time for the Beach Mini Release at Jaded Blossom. I am so excited about this fabulous release! When you love the amazing products coming out, it's so much fun creating with them! My creative juices really kicked in with these Beach add ons.

For my first card, I created a surfing gnome! Isn't he fun?!! I used the Ocean Waves Stencil to create the ocean and then fussy cut around the wave design. The Shell Stencil was used on the sandy beach. I'm loving that Large Palm Tree Die! The sentiment is from the new Ahoy Gnomie Stamp Set. To create his arms and legs, I used the Gnome Dies: Leg Add Ons. The surfboard, crab, and the gnome's hat are from the new Gnome Dies: Beach Add Ons. 

For my 2nd card, I created a girl gnome on her flamingo floatie surrounded by some adorable fish. I used the Ocean Waves Stencil again for the water and fussy cut 3 panels to create the ocean layers. The Mermaid Stencil (FREEBIE) was used on her swimsuit and on the fish.

The Greeting Farm June 2023 Stamp Feature Day 3: MISS CHEEKY SUMMER

This next set called MISS CHEEKY SUMMER features 3 gorgeous cheeky ladies all ready to hit the beach for some summer fun! I used some fabulous pattern paper from Doodlebug Design with one of the beautiful girls in the set. 

 

The white scallop edge behind the middle panel was created using a Lawn Fawn die. The speech bubble die is from Diamond Press.
