My card today features a gorgeous image from Krista Smith called HARVEST PRINCESS. I love her digital images! She has a PATREON Page and an ETSY Store, and new images are coming to her Etsy Store in January!

 

 

I found an awesome sentiment from LDRS Creative that paired with her perfectly. These gorgeous flowers from I Am Roses really add to the fall-like feel. They really make a dramatic statement to any project!

 

 

I recently bought some crochet flower sprays and LOVE them! A large red rose, blue daisies, some smaller red flowers, and mini leaves finish off the right side of the card.

I Am Roses + Krista Smith Vampire Halloween

Happy Thursday everyone! Today is Halloween so I had to make a card featuring some darker colors of flowers from I Am Roses. I paired them with this amazing digi from Krista Smith (formerly Saturated Canary) called Vampire Halloween. I colored her up a few days ago and finally got her on a card.

I found some Halloween paper in my stash that was cream with black trees and crows. I really wanted some red paper. So I pulled out my Copics, R27 and R39, and colored it. I used several I Am Roses flowers to frame the image. I colored the leaves darker using BG99.

Make it Crafty: You're the Best Zoe!

Happy Tuesday everyone! We started a new challenge this month, and it's one of the easiest...ANYTHING GOES! It's also the last challenge for a while, so if you've ever been on the fence about entering a challenge NOW is the time!

Today, I wanted to feature this adorable girl called PRIMROSE. She reminds me of the owner of Make it Crafty, Zoe. Since it was our last challenge for a bit, I wanted to make a card to dedicate to Zoe and let her know that she is the BEST!! The best boss, the best cheerleader, the best friend, the best colorer, and truly one of the best people I've ever met! She is so supportive and such a great help in so many things. I am so inspired by this woman on so many levels. So this one is for you sweet friend!!

I used some floral decorative paper from my stash. The sentiment was hand-written by me. The scallop circle die and regular circle die are both from C.C. Designs. The corner die is from Whimsy Stamps. For the finishing touches, I added a big white silky bow and some pearls.

I Am Roses + Make it Crafty Jillian Creates!

Happy Tuesday everyone! Today, I'm featuring I Am Roses flowers with this adorable girl from Make it Crafty called Jillian Creates. I have loved art and crafting for as long as I can remember. It was my favorite subject in school. I always tell my hubby it's my therapy. I just LOVE to create! When life gets overwhelming, I think it's always nice to have a hobby to turn to for comfort and fun. Coloring and creating takes me to a different world much like reading a book does for book lovers. If you ever need to relieve some stress, pick up some markers, colored pencils or even crayons and color something. You will be amazed at the calming effect!

I also decorated the inside of this card using another sentiment from the same Amazing Girls Sentiment Set.The sentiment was cut out using the Fancy Squares & Little Things Die Set.

I used the Picnic Quilt Embossing Folder on the bottom teal panel. There are two different design embossing folders in the set. The 2nd folder is featured on my next card.

 

My second card features this fabulous girl called SC Little Super Hero. I used the Picnic Quilt Embossing Folder again on the bottom panel. The sentiment is from the Amazing Girls Sentiment Set. The awesome butterfly die is from the Dotted Wings Die Set.

I used a couple of the new CHA dies from the Creative Basics line on this card. The scalloped border at the bottom of the card was made using Creative Basic Cutting Edge Borders 1. Then I used the Creative Basic Stitched Flags to cut out my sentiment from the Just Because Sentiment Set.

LDRS Creative~Little Loves from Saturated Canary

Happy Wednesday everyone! We are winding down to the end of the year.....hard to believe it's almost 2016! I'm enjoying spending time with my family, and while on vacation I've been busy coloring. :)

Today I'm sharing my card for LDRS Creative using this gorgeous stamp called Little Loves from Saturated Canary. She's stamped on Neenah Cardstock and colored with Copics.

I used some decorative papers and flowers from my stash and cut the polaroid frame from white cardstock using my trimmer and craft knife. :)

LDRS Creative~Saturated Canary Duckie

Happy Black Friday everyone! Do you do all the crazy shopping? I have and never will do black friday sales!! I can't stand crowds or waiting in long lines....drives me bonkers! I'd rather pay full price than go through all that, haha! I'm back today to share my latest card for LDRS Creative using Saturated Canary Duckie. I think this stamp is so stinkin' adorable...LOVE that duckie! She's stamped on Neenah Cardstock and colored with Copics.

I used some random dps and cardstock in my stash. I made the background using the LDRS Dewdrop Circle Die. The top border was made using the LDRS Dewdrop Border Die. The sentiment is from LDRS and is called Girls Rock Sentiments.
