Jaded Blossom: Baby Yoda Octagon Box

Happy Friday and New Years Eve friends! Today, I'm on the Jaded Blossom Blog showcasing my latest project. If you follow me then you know I love to think outside the box....literally, when coming up with new box designs using dies. I have a lot of friends who are Baby Yoda fans and collectors, and I also think he's adorable! So, I decided to try and create a Baby Yoda Octagon Treat Box.

I used the Octagon Treat Box Die for the main shape. I didn't add the handle because I don't have brads at my mom's house. Here is a list of the dies I used to create this guy.

Octagon Treat Box Dies: Christmas Add Ons 1
(ears)
Octagon Treat Box Dies: Christmas Add Ons 2
(nose, mouth, and scarf)
Octagon Treat Box Dies: Halloween Add Ons

(eyes)

My Baby Yoda decided to play dress-up for the holidays, haha! Here are some variations.

Remember, Jaded Blossom has a current RED AND GREEN CHALLENGE, which ends in a few hours! Hurry and get your creations added before the day ends! And, be sure to check out the Jaded Blossom Store for all your stamps and gift giving supplies. They have various Cutting Dies to make party favors along with Favor Bags and Boxes.

Merry Christmas To You All!

 M E R R Y  C H R I S T M A S  M Y  F R I E N D S !

I hope you are well and enjoying this precious, beautiful day! I'm sending all of you LOVE and HUGS, and praying the new year blesses you and keeps you safe and healthy!

Today, I'm sharing another penguin card featuring SNOWY POINSETTIA from Conie Fong. I just love her digital penguins! They have the cutest faces. I hope he brings a smile to your face and some much needed joy!

COPICS:
Black: C3, C5, C7, C10, Black
White on penguin: C0, C1, C3, Colorless Blender
White fur: N0, N2
Orange beak: YR02, YR04, YR07, E15
Red: R35, R37, R39, R59, C7
Green: YG23, YG25, YG67, G28

I created this card the same as yesterday's card. I just aligned him at the bottom of my white paper in MS Word, and tilted him slightly so he's popping in from the side. After I printed the image and colored with Copics, I added a strip of patterned paper at the top with a double loop twine bow.

Conie Fong: JINGLE PENGUIN

Happy Friday and Christmas Eve everyone! I hope you are well and finding some peace and joy this week. It's been a tough year for so many of my friends and family. I wish I could hug each of you in person. Sending you all love today and every day!

I'm still working on Christmas cards. I love to create Christmas cards throughout the year because they always bring me joy. I know I always talk about my love of gnomes, but I also love bears and penguins. This digital cutie from Conie Fong is called JINGLE PENGUIN. He just makes me smile!

COPICS:
Black: C3, C5, C7, C10, Black
White: C0, C1, C3, Colorless Blender
Orange: YR02, YR04, YR07, E15
Red: R35, R37, R39, R59
Green: YG23, YG25, YG67
Bell: Y11, Y15, YR21, YR23, E15

The great thing about digital images is that you can print them any size you want. You can also rotate them. I printed this guy at the bottom of my white paper and tilted him slightly so he's popping in from the side. I kept this card pretty simple and didn't pull out any dies.

Jaded Blossom: Elf and Santa Milk Cartons

Happy Friday friends! I'm back today sharing some festive Milk Cartons that are perfect for Christmas. If you are looking for some quick party favors for your Christmas get-together then look no further. Pull out your Jaded Blossom Milk Carton Die and the Octagon Treat Box Dies: Christmas Add Ons 1 and you can create an Elf and Santa Milk Carton to hold those holiday treats. As you can see....Santa approves!

And it follows the current JB Challenge for the month of December: RED and GREEN. Remember you have until January 1st to play along!!

I saw this idea on the internet from Artsy Fartsy Mama, and LOVED it so much that I decided to recreate it using all Jaded Blossom dies. The only paper part on the box that is not a die is the white strip of paper. I just cut a long strip that was wider than the buttons. The only thing I would do differently the next go around is move the belt buckle up a little so I could add one more button underneath the buckle.

I didn't have any gold paper so I rubbed the belt buckle die-cut over an embossing ink pad, sprinkled on gold embossing powder, and heat set it. The ribbon came from my stash.

Remember, Jaded Blossom has a current RED AND GREEN CHALLENGE, which I used for my inspiration. You have until January 1st to play along for a chance to win a free stamp set! And, be sure to check out the Jaded Blossom Store for all your stamps and gift giving supplies. They have various Cutting Dies to make party favors along with Favor Bags and Boxes.

TLC Designs Shop: SKETCH-EZ CHALLENGE #105

Happy Tuesday everyone! I'm on the TLC Designs Shop Blog with my first blog post as an official Design Team Member. I've been guesting for a few months now, but this month is my official debut on the blog! I love Tammy and the products she carries so I'm excited to be able to work with them on a monthly basis!

My card today follows the monthly Sketch-EZ Challenge #105. I used the Snow Family Fun Tree Digital Stamps to create the scene. The frames were cut out using the Scalloped Rectangle Garden Dies. All of the paper is from the Snow Family 6x6 Digital Papers.

I created the snowman scene in MS Word, and printed it on Copic Xpress It Blending Card. The scene was colored with Copic Markers. Then I rubbed a little bit of blue distress oxide ink around the edges of the rectangle frame. To finished off the card, I added pink ribbon and glittery pink enamel dots.

Here are the Sketch-EZ Challenge Rules:

*Everyone can play, no purchase necessary to enter the challenge. However, to win you must use a TLCDesigns product.
*One random winner (using TLC Designs product of any kind) receives the digital stamp of their choice.
*One Grand prize winner received a digital stamp and a $10.00 discount code to the store!
*To win the grand prize, you must purchase the corresponding bundle from the TLC Designs shop.
