I Am Roses + Conie Fong's Mushroom Snail

Happy Wednesday friends! I'm back today for I Am Roses with an adorable snail card. You can learn how to draw this Mushroom Snail image on the Draw With Conie YouTube Channel. Conie walks you step-by-step on how to draw simple images. If you have ever been interested in drawing or need an activity to keep the kids entertained, then head over and Subscribe! 

I printed the image on Copic Xpress It Blending Card, and colored it with Copic Markers. The cute mushroom paper is from Doodlebug Design. 

To finish off the card, I added gorgeous colorful flowers from I Am Roses. The large flower is the R43 Candy Peonies, followed by Hot Pink Cherry Blossoms, S10m Purple Small Achillea Cottage, S10m Small Mixed Blue Flowers, and Tiny Green Leaves.

Conie Fong: SUCCULENT AND CACTUS BUNDLE

Happy Tuesday friends! Today's card features an adorable illustration from Conie Fong's Succulent and Cactus Bundle. Isn't this cacti family adorable?! I love their sweet expressions! The cacti image was printed on Xpress It Blending Card, and colored with Copic Markers.

I used a cloud stencil and Broken China Distress Oxide Ink to make the sky background. I trimmed off the bottom pot so the little guy would look like he was peeking out of the photo frame. The Photo Frame Die and sentiment are from Jaded Blossom. The cacti paper is a digital paper pack from Etsy.

Jaded Blossom: HAPPY EASTER!

Happy Friday everyone! I've been doing a Penguin for all the Seasons/Holidays series using dies from Jaded Blossom because I love penguins as much as I love gnomes. It's so much fun adding these cute penguins to different scenes. Since Easter is this Sunday, I created an Easter card!

To make the adorable penguin, I used Gnome Friends: Penguin Die and Penguin Faces Stamp Set. The bunny ears headband was created using Gnome Dies: Bride and Groom (headband), and Gnome Dies: Easter Add Ons (ears). The egg is also from Gnome Dies: Easter Add Ons. To create the Easter basket, I used Octagon Treat Box Dies and Octagon Dies: Easter Add Ons. The chocolate bunny is from Octagon Dies: Easter Add Ons. To create the grassy slope, I used Mushroom Dies. The sentiment is from Carrots For Sale Stamp Set.

I did some masking along the bottom so I could add all the flowers. The bees are raised on foam tape for extra dimension.

Our adventurous Anya is traveling again, and this month she's in India. I'm living vicariously through this travel series. One day, I hope to actually hit up some of these places! ANYA IN INDIA comes with the Taj Mahal, a plate of Indian cuisine, an adorable elephant, 4 additional accessory stamps, and 2 sentiments. 

I created a 5x7 card so I could fit all the stamps. The stitched Arch Die is from Jaded Blossom. I raised Anya, the elephant, and sentiment on foam tape for extra dimension.

I am so excited about today's set because it combines two of my loves: Boba and Pandas! These adorable BOBA PANDAS are living their best lives having Boba tea every day. This set comes with a Boba stand, 4 cute pandas, 5 accessory stamps, and 2 sentiments. It's sure to be a favorite!

I created a slimline card so I could fit everything I wanted on it. Aren't these Pandas adorable?! I raised the Boba stand and Pandas on foam tape for extra dimension.

Today, I'm sharing a card using beautiful paper and a sentiment panel from Echo Park's BEE HAPPY 6x6 Paper Pad. I love the paper is this pad! If you've followed me for a while, then you know I don't usually create with yellow. But how could I resist, when it comes to a bee theme!

 

 

Those cute, chubby bees around the sentiment are from The Greeting Farm's Bee Happy Stamp Set. I raised the bees on foam tape for extra dimension. To finish off my card, I added gorgeous I Am Roses flowers.

For my card today, I used the Stitched Arch Die to create a window frame and decided to have my gnome peeking in with a huge diamond ring for the love of his life. To create the gnome I used: Gnome Dies: Bride and Groom, Gnome Dies: Wedding Add Ons (diamond ring), Gnome Dies (hands), and Gnome Dies: Gnome Face Add Ons 1 (mustache).

For the background, I lightly rubbed white ink over the Diamond Gemstone Stencil on black cardstock. The sentiment is from Gnome Wedding Day Stamp Set and cut out using the coordinating Outline Dies.

I needed some quick birthday cards, so I'm switching gears from the wedding theme to make some using the new Stitched Arch Dies. I've been waiting for these dies for a while, and I'm so excited Jaded Blossom has their own version now! When I saw these, I immediately thought Popsicles. I think those late night cravings kicked in, LOL!

I used Distress Oxide Inks for both cards. I even had some Ombre paper in my stash that coordinated with the Popsicle colors. I used the FREEBIE Fancy Swirl Stencil over the ombre paper in the coordinating colors. The sentiment is from Birthday Blow Out Stamp Set.

For the first card, I used: Squeezed Lemonade, Dried Marigold, and Picked Raspberry. After applying the ink, I splattered water over it using a fan brush to get the small specks. The Popsicle stick is the smallest arch die. I colored it in with Copics (E41, E42, E43, E44) to make it look like wood.

For the second card, I used: Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet, and Villainous Potion. After inking the paper, I splattered water over it using a fan brush to get the small specks.

I wanted the jewelry box and ring to have some dimension so I used foam tape behind the diamond of the ring and also behind the lid of the box.

This release is all about LOVE! Today we are featuring Gnome Dies: Bride & Groom, Gnome Wedding Day Stamp Set, and Gnome Wedding Day Outline Dies. You know I had to add faces to my gnomes! This required me to trim away parts of the main body die shape so I could move the hat and veil up.

For both gnomes, I used the face die from Gnome Dies: Girl Gnome Face Add Ons. The mustache for the boy is from Gnome Dies: Gnome Face Add Ons 1, and his eyes were created using An Eye For An Eye Shape Sprinkles. To make the girls face, I used Valentine Gnome Faces Stamp Set. The grass area is decorative paper from Doodlebug Design and cut out using Border Dies 2.

Who knew penguins were going to be the talk of the town lately, LOL! I decided my little guy needed a much needed vacation so he jetted off to Hawaii for some surfing! To create this card, I used Gnome Friends: Penguin Die, Penguin Faces Stamp Set, Gnome Dies: Beach Add Ons, Circle Internal Scallops Dies 2, and Surf's Up Stamp Set. 

 

I traced a circle onto Copic Xpress It Blending Card and sketched out the wave scene. Then I used Copic Markers and a white gel pen to bring it to life. I definitely pushed myself and there were times I wasn't sure about it. I just kept adding various blue curved lines, lots of layers, and it finally came together.
