LDRS Creative: Time For A Coffee Break!

Ooooooh, I LOVE coffee! But not the hard, black stuff. I like the frou frou coffee....cappuccinos or lattes or frappes...the stuff with lots of flavored creamer, haha! Now that summer break is over, I definitely need my coffee while trying to adjust to waking up early! This fabulous girl from All Dressed Up called Time For A Coffee Break is definitely my mini-me.

My decorative paper is from TLC Inspired Splendid Azure 6x6 Paper Pad. I used the Fancy Rectangles & Layers Die Set to frame my image, and then added a decorative border on the center panel using the Polkadoodles Scalloped Swag Border Die.

 That awesome frame for the sentiment is from the TLC Inspired Splendid Azure-Cut Outs. I love how the products in the store coordinate so you have all the elements you need to put together an elegant card.

LDRS Creative: Eleganza Floral Stamps with Uptown Sayings

Happy Saturday everyone! My little boy, who is not so little anymore, turned 11 years old on Wednesday, and today we are having his birthday party with all his friends. They really do not lie when they say time passes by quickly. I look back on older pictures of him and can't believe 11 years have passed! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY BOY! You are an awesome kiddo, and I'm so blessed and proud to be your mom! Love you!

 Today, I created this floral circular card for LDRS Creative using various products from the store. I've been seeing a lot of calligraphy inspiration on Instagram with floral circle frames and a calligraphy sentiment in the middle so I decided to create a similar effect using the stamps and dies from LDRS Creative. I first stamped the flowers from the Polkadoodles Eleganza Stamps and Dies Set on some of the Polkadoodles Eleganza Paper with Versamark and heat embossed them in gold. After I cut them out with the enclosed dies, I added dots to the center of my flowers using two different yellow-colored sharpies. Next I grabbed some cotton swabs and added chalk to the petals.

 

 

The circle card shape and the gold leaves were made using the Creative Basics Grace Build A Card Die Set. The "Marvelous" sentiment is from the Uptown Sayings Sentiment Set.

LDRS Creative: SMILE!

Happy Friday everyone! Today, I'm sharing a card for LDRS Creative combining the Polkadoodles Eleganza Paper with a couple of LDRS dies. As you can see, the variety of products in the store allow you to create many different types of cards....even elegant ones that don't require coloring.



I cut out the TLC Inspired SMILE Word Die in white, pink and black cardstock, then glued them together to create the layers. The butterflies are from the Creative Basics Dotted Wings Die Set. I added pearls to finish off the card.

LDRS Creative: Splendid Azure

Happy Friday everyone! Today, I'm sharing my latest card combining elements from LDRS Creative Splendid Azure with a couple of the LDRS dies. As you can see, the variety of products in the store allow you to create many different types of cards....even ones that don't require coloring!



The TLC Inspired line in the LDRS Store has various, coordinating products to assist you in creating beautiful cards. Not only are there paper pads, but also matching cut-outs, word stickers, tab stickers, and washi stickers. I used the Splendid Azure 6x6 Paper Pad with the Splendid Azure Cut-Outs and Splendid Azure Quick Words Stickers for the front of the card. The gold paper was embossed using the Picnic Quilt Embossing Folders. The dragonflies are from the Allifair Build-A-Card Die Set.



I cut the front of the card shorter and then added more Splendid Azure paper to the inside of the card with the Dainty Doily Border Die glued to the inside of the card along the edge. That way when the card is closed you still see the decorative edge.

LDRS Creative: Inpspired Edge LOVE and FAITH

Happy Thursday everyone! Today I'm sharing 4 bookmarks I made using two of the new LDRS Creative Inspired Edge Stamps. These stamps can be used for more than just Bible Journaling. As you can see, they make the perfect bookmarks! 

 

My first set of bookmarks are for the women. I used Inspired Edge LOVE Stamps and paper from Polkadoodles Eleganza 6x6 Paper Pad. One was stamped in black ink and parts colored in with a gold marker. The second one was embossed in gold with parts colored in with a gold marker. I used the FanTABulous Die Set to make the decorative edge at the top of the bookmark which allowed space for me to punch a hole for the trim. 

 

 

 My second set of bookmarks are for the men. I used Inspired Edge FAITH Stamps and paper from TLC Inspired Splendid Azure 6x6 Paper Pad. One was stamped in black ink and parts colored in with gel pens. The second one was embossed in gold with parts also colored in with some gel pens. I used the FanTABulous Die Set to make the decorative edge at the top of the bookmark which allowed space for me to punch a hole for the trim.

I kept today's card pretty simple. As you can see, you don't have to have Copic Markers to create something cute. These piggies were just stamped on some peachy colored cardstock and cut out. I used some gel pens to color in the ice cream. These sets from LDRS Creative offer so much versatility. You can easily stamp the animals on colored cardstock to make some quick and easy cards!

 

The sentiment is part of the Sweet Treat Stamp/Die Set. To create the card, I used dies from the LDRS Creative Allifair Build A Card Die Set. I LOVE these dies!!

LDRS Creative: ADU What's Your Style?

Happy Thursday everyone! It's Rosie sharing a card I made using lots of new products in the LDRS Creative Store. Today, I combined several of the die sets with this cute girl from All Dressed Up What's Your Style! I LOVE how it turned out! I colored her with Copic Markers.

I used one of the dies in the Polkadoodles Regal Frame Die Set to cut out the panel behind the TLC Expressions Hello Word Die. The shape of the card, the fence and the dragonflies were all cut out using dies from the Creative Basics Allifair Build-A-Card Die Kit. Lastly, I cut out leaves using a die from the Creative Basics Grace Build-A-Card Die Kit.

LDRS Creative Cherished

Happy Wednesday everyone! It's Rosie sharing a card I made using a couple of the new stamps in the store: TLC Inspired Cherished Stamp and Art-Z Blooming Background Stamp. I knew when I saw these two stamps that I wanted to create an elegant card with gold embossing. I LOVE how it turned out! 

 

 

I kept my card pretty clean and simple because I wanted the elegant design of these stamps to be the main focus. I raised the panel with the word CHERISH on pop-dots for added dimension.

7 Kids Your Crafting Supply Store Challenge: ANYTHING GOES!

Happy Wednesday everyone! Today starts a new monthly challenge on the 7 Kids Your Crafting Supply Store Challenge Blog!

 

The theme is: ANYTHING GOES!!

 

Today I used an adorable stamp set that is currently on PREORDER in the 7 Kids Your Crafting Supply Store! It's called GO WILD and has the cutest little party elephants!! This set also comes with coordinating dies so you don't have to cut anything by hand. The great thing too about this set is that I didn't use any markers to color the images. I actually stamped them on gray cardstock and pink cardstock, and then cut the pink out for the inside of their ears.....easy peasy!

 The sentiment is also part of this stamp set. I used papers from 3 different paper pads on this card. That cute, pink scalloped circle was made using Mama Elephant Framed Tags-Columbus Circle Die. I used some scalloped dies from C.C. Designs to cut around the outside edge of the framed columbus circle and the oval sentiment. The ribbon is from Walmart.

LDRS Creative: Cupcake Lock-Itz & CandiBean Blossom Girls

Today I used the new LDRS Creative Cupcake Lock-Itz Die that was released at HSN a couple of months ago. You can purchase it HERE as a set. I kept the front CAS so the die was the main focus. :)

 

 

On the inside I used one of the adorable gals from CandiBean Blossom Girls, the Uptown Sayings Sentiment Set, and the Gilded Oval Labels Die.

LDRS Creative: Time To Sparkle!

Happy Sunday everyone! Today, I'm sharing a card featuring a new stamp coming to the LDRS Creative Store soon called All Dressed Time To Sparkle. At the end of January, this gal, along with over 60 new products, were showcased at the CHA show. And guess what? They will be available for purchase in the LDRS Creative Store really, really soon!

I wanted to make this gal shine, so I colored her with Copic Markers and a gold gel pen.

LDRS Creative: All Dressed Up What's Your Style

Happy Thursday everyone! Today, I'm sharing a card I made for LDRS Creative using a new stamp coming to the store soon called All Dressed Up What's Your Style. Last weekend this gal, along with over 60 new products, were showcased at the CHA Show. I used the Peaceful Dove Edge Die for the top of my card. I just turned it upside down so just the leaves and branches were sticking out. The image and red mat were cut out using Basic Pierced Ovals Die. The awesome sentiment is from the Summer Fun Sentiment Set. I cut it out using the Basic Stitched Flags Die. To finish the card I added a bow, paper flowers, and some red enamel dots in the corners. 

 

 All of the dies and the sentiment set are currently in the LDRS Store! The new stamp will be in the store soon!

LDRS Creative: LOVE THAT DRESS Altered Frame

Happy Wednesday everyone! I'm back today sharing one of my favorite projects using this gorgeous stamp from All Dressed Up called Love That Dress. She's stamped on Cryogen White Cardstock, and colored with Copic Markers.

I LOVE altering these cheap, square wood frames from Walmart. They really make awesome gifts! I found this gorgeous decorative digital paper on Etsy. I then cut 2x2 squares and 1.25x2 rectangles from the paper to go around the frame. My old corner rounder came in the handy for the corner squares. I then run my paper through my Xyron Sticker Maker so I get them all covered in adhesive in one swipe, haha! EASY PEASY!

I used the Dotted Wings Die Set for the butterflies on the corner squares. The blue flowers were made using a die in the Fancy Squares and Little Things Die Set.The awesome sentiment is from one of my favorite sets called Uptown Sayings. I added elements from the Love That Dress Stamp Set around the sentiment to spruce it up. And of course, you can't be fabulous without some pearls!
