Jaded Blossom: SCHOOL GIFT CARD HOLDER

Happy Wednesday everyone! I'm on the Jaded Blossom Blog today sharing this School Gift Card Holder using the House Slider Die. I knew this die would be great for the TEACHERS GIFTS Challenge for August. I had so much fun using the house dies to create a school! I added the brick background using the Brick Stencil. 

The pencils are from the School Panels Stamp Set. The letters for SCHOOL are from Build A Booth: Alphabet Add Ons, and are layered on top of one of the tags from Mini Tag Dies 3.

This month, we have a couple of new animal friends joining the family! Next up, I'm showcasing Gnome Friends: Fox Dies. This set with the Fox Faces Stamp Set is so much fun!   

I used the Photo Frame Die around the fox along with a sentiment from Forest Friends (revamped) Stamp Set. The background sky/clouds were created using the Vertical Stitched Cloud Card Mat Die. The final touch was adding a paper bow using the Bow Dies.

This month, we have a couple of new animal friends joining the family! First up, I'm showcasing Gnome Friends: Turkey Dies. This set with the Turkey Faces Stamp Set creates the cutest turkeys ever. When I saw the sentiment "Never Skip Leg Day" from the Gobble Squad Stamp Set + Outline Dies, I knew I wanted to create a turkey lifting weights. I was inspired by Lisa Dressel's workout gnome HERE, and used dies from Gnome Dies: Tiki Add Ons and Gnome Dies: Sport Add Ons 2 to create the weight bar.  

The background sky/clouds were created using the Vertical Stitched Cloud Card Mat Die. The bottom grassy area was created using Stitched Arch Dies and Mushroom Dies.

The start of school is quickly approaching, so what better time than to show you some ideas for Teacher Appreciation gifts. Today, I used the Candy Bar Slider Die to create a holder for pencils for a male teacher. 

 

  

To create the gnome I used Gnome Dies and Gnome Dies: School Add Ons. The sentiment from School Candies *Grid Style* is stamped on Label Shape Dies 1. The tiny pencils are also from Gnome Dies: School Add Ons.

I Am Roses + Conie Fong's Bauble Gnome

I'm finishing up Christmas In July, with a card for I Am Roses featuring this fantastic digital stamp from Conie Fong called Bauble Gnome. It's part of a larger bundle of digis that can be purchased HERE. Isn't he so adorable?! I printed the image on Copic Xpress It Blending Card and colored him with Copic Markers.

The large flowers are R43 red peonies, followed by S4-15 white flowers, red cherry blossoms, and tiny green roses leaves. 

Remember, we currently have a monthly challenge until August 8th on the IAR Blog. Be sure to use a minimum of 3 I Am Roses products on your card to qualify for a prize. I can't wait to see what you make!

Stamping Bella: MERRY EVERYTHING!

Happy Friday friends! Today, I'm featuring a digital stamp from Stamping Bella called Merry Everything Snowglobe. Aren't those penguins so cute around the snowman? And to top it all off, I made it into a shaker card! 

 

To create the shaker, I printed the image twice. I colored up one image. On the 2nd image I cut around the snowglobe and outer penguin with scissors. Then I used a craft knife to cut around the inside. I glued clear acetate to the inside of the hole, and layered up some foam tape around the perimeter. For the inside shaker bits, I used Doodlebug Design Bitty Bubbles Shakers, and some clear acetate snowflakes from my stash.

Stamping Bella: PENGUIN FAMILY

Happy Wednesday friends! I'm back today for Stamping Bella featuring a digital stamp set called Penguin Family. If you follow me then you know I love penguins just as much as I love unicorns! And this adorable penguin family is having so much fun out in the snow, especially the girl penguin on the left who has rolled her brother up into a snowball, LOL!

 

 

I LOVE that Stamping Bella carries stamps that are complete scenes, because once they are colored up they become the focal point of your card. You really don't need to add anything extra. I placed a black card mat behind the scene, and kept it easy and simple so the image shines on it's own.

Jaded Blossom: EEYORE Wishes He Could Make Everything Better

Happy Monday everyone! Today, I'm sharing a card using multiple Jaded Blossom products. A customer in the Jaded Blossom Facebook Group asked if someone could make Eeyore using Jaded Blossom dies. So I put on my creative hat and got busy figuring out which combination of dies could possibly work. Here is my attempt.

Ears: Sunflower Dies
Eyes: Cow Faces Stamp Set
Hooves/Eyelids: Gnome Friends: Horse Die

Heart: Gnome Dies: Baking Add Ons

To create the scene, I used Vertical Stitched Cloud Card Mat Dies, Stitched Flower Card Mat Die, and Mushroom Dies (to create the grassy knoll). The sentiment is from the Encouragement Stamp Set + Outline Dies.

Jaded Blossom: MINI HOUSE RELEASE DAY 2

Happy Tuesday Friends! It's time for a new Mini House Release over at Jaded Blossom! We have a few new items available! Check them out HERE!

For my project today, I created a card to go with one of the sentiments in the New Home Stamp Set + Outline Dies. This card had me giggling as I was putting it together, LOL! The hardest part was figuring out which dies to piece together to create the toilet.

Tank: Stocking Gift Card Dies (top of stocking die)/Sentiment Strip Dies
Toilet Handle: Baby Dies 2 (bow tail die)
Toilet Bowl: Baby Dies 2 (carriage bassinet die)
Toilet Base: Gnome Dies: Firefighter Add Ons (fire hydrant die)

 

I raised the gnome on the toilet and the sentiment on foam tape for extra dimension.
