Jaded Blossom: ARE YOU A FIREFIGHTER?

Happy Friday everyone! I'm back today with a card for Jaded Blossom featuring another funny pick-up line! "Are you a firefighter? Because you're setting my heart on fire!" I've been using these on my hubby and he's just like.....baby, you're so corny, hahahahahaha! To create my gnome I used Gnome Dies, Gnome Dies: Firefighter Add Ons, Gnome Dies: S'more Add Ons (fire), and Kawaii Guts Stamp Set (heart).

The background paper was a free file from Creative Fabrica. I printed it on glossy paper for more shine and vibrancy. The corny pick-up line is from the Arrest Me Stamp Set. I cut it out using the coordinating Outline Die and inked the paper with Distress Oxide Ink. The gnome and sentiment are raised on foam tape for extra dimension.

Jaded Blossom: FIREFIGHTER MINI RELEASE!

Happy Wednesday! It's time for the Jaded Blossom Firefighter Mini Release! To celebrate, we are having a little hop to showcase the fabulous projects created by the Design Team. I have the complete line up at the bottom of this post.

I created two cards for this release. For the first card, I used the new Car Dies: Firetruck Add Ons with some pattern paper from Colorbok Mixed Media 12x12 paper pad (Walmart) to create a dumpster. That definitely used some brain power, LOL! The large flames are from an older die set called Gnome Dies: S'more Add Ons.

To create the standing gnome firefighter, I used Gnome Dies, Gnome Dies: Tool Add Ons (body/beard), and the new Gnome Dies: Firefighter Add Ons (hat/hose). The sentiment on the dumpster is from the new Sound The Alarm Stamp Set.

For my 2nd card, I created a birthday card for those of us who are getting up there in age. You know with that many candles, it's definitely a fire hazard, LOL! I used the Gnome Dies with the Gnome Dies: Firefighter Add Ons. The sentiment is from the new Sound The Alarm Stamp Set.
