7 Kids Your Crafting Store: LDRS Creative SWEET TREATS

Happy Sunday everyone! I'm back with a card for 7 Kids Your Crafting Supply Store featuring a stamp from LDRS Creative called SWEET TREATS! Did you see that 7 Kids is having a store-wide SALE?!! Just type in MYSALE at checkout to receive 25% off your entire purchase!! Hurry and grab your faves because this sale ends tonight!

I kept today's card pretty simple. As you can see, you don't have to have Copic Markers to create something cute. These piggies were just stamped on some peachy colored cardstock and cut out. I used some gel pens to color in the ice cream. These sets from LDRS Creative offer so much versatility. You can easily stamp the animals on colored cardstock to make some quick and easy cards!

The sentiment is part of the Sweet Treat Stamp/Die Set. To create the card, I used dies from the LDRS Creative Allifair Build A Card Die Set. I LOVE these dies!!

You still have time to enter the current ANYTHNG GOES Challenge on the 7 Kids Challenge Blog. You can use any stamp in your stash!! Just click on the challenge link on the Challenge Blog to upload your card for a chance at winning a gift certificate to the store!

Have a great Sunday my friends!

LDRS Creative: ADU What's Your Style?

Happy Thursday everyone! It's Rosie sharing a card I made using lots of new products in the LDRS Creative Store. The selection has grown quite a bit so you should definitely take a look and grab all of your favorites! Today, I combined several of the die sets with this cute girl from All Dressed Up What's Your Style! I LOVE how it turned out! I colored her with Copic Markers.

Copics:
Skin: E000, E00, E01, E02, E11
Hair: E71, E77, E79
Brown: E42, E43, E44, E47

Jeans: B93, B95, B97, B99

Everything except the flowers came from the LDRS Store. The decorative papers came from the TLC Inspired Splendid Azure 6x6 Paper Pad. I used one of the dies in the Polkadoodles Regal Frame Die Set to cut out the panel behind the TLC Expressions Hello Word Die. The shape of the card, the fence and the dragonflies were all cut out using dies from the Creative Basics Allifair Build-A-Card Die Kit. Lastly, I cut out leaves using a die from the Creative Basics Grace Build-A-Card Die Kit.

Now, it's your turn to create something using LDRS Creative products. You can show us your creations on the LDRS Facebook Group. We would LOVE to see them!

The Greeting Farm: Thick Cut Letters + Born Again

Happy Tuesday! Today, I'm showcasing some new Faith Stamps from The Greeting Farm. These Faith based stamps will be releasing every other month on the last Tuesday. The next release will be in June so make sure to mark your calendars!

This release features an Upper and Lower Case Alphabet set along with a butterfly set called Born Again. I LOVE all 3 of these sets! And the great thing is that these sets are so versatile that you can use them for anything!!!

Thick Cut - Caps

Thick Cut - Lower

Born Again

I decided to make a card along with something to put on my wall just to show how versatile these stamps really are. For the card, I gold embossed the butterflies and then watercolored them with Distress Inks. After I colored them I loaded ink onto my paintbrush and tapped it again a marker to make splatter marks all over

On the wall hanging, I just added random drops to my paper and then sprayed transparency film with water, placed it on top of the ink and smeared the ink. Then I did the same splatter technique. Next, I ink up the letters from the Thick Cut Alphabet stamps using Versafine Black Ink. The word "beautiful" was handwritten. I gold embossed butterflies from the Born Again set onto watercolor paper, painted them, cut them out, and raised them on pop dots.

Head over to The Greeting Farm Store to snatch up these awesome sets!! You can see more inspiration from my fellow DT sisters HERE!

Hugs,
Rosie

I decided to do some stacking with the kitties....it is called Kitty Stacks after all! I kept the coloring simple...just one color for each kitty and then pink for the ears.

Kind of Kawaii.:) I kept my card pretty clean and simple again so the kitties were the main focus. I told you they are fun stacked!!

The Greeting Farm: Main Street

Happy Tuesday everyone! I'm back today to showcase another new stamp set from The Greeting Farm called Main Street with its coordinating Die Cuts:

In case you missed it, the Design Team did an awesome job using these little buildings and shops last week on the TGF Blog. You can use this set alone or pair it up with any of the character stamps. The combinations are endless! I decided to use it by itself to showcase the fun buildings. I knew I wanted something colorful so I googled colorful buildings. I used this photo from Pinterest for inspiration.

Here's my card with it's row of colorful buildings and shops. I love that little ice cream truck too! I kept my card pretty clean and simple so the scene was the star. That cute sentiment also comes with this set.

Now, don't forget you still have time to participate in our April Release Blog Hop HERE for a chance at winning all 3 stamp sets!

LDRS Creative Cherished

Happy Wednesday everyone! It's Rosie sharing a card I made using a couple of the new stamps in the store: TLC Inspired Cherished Stamp and Art-Z Blooming Background Stamp. I knew when I saw these two stamps that I wanted to create an elegant card with gold embossing. I LOVE how it turned out!

I kept my card pretty clean and simple because I wanted the elegant design of these stamps to be the main focus. I raised the panel with the word CHERISH on pop-dots for added dimension.

All of these products are currently available in the LDRS Store! You're going to love them!

Stamping for Autism Awareness Blog Hop!

Happy Saturday everyone! I'm back today participating in a Stamping For Autism Awareness Blog Hop! I have several friends who have autistic children so when I was asked to join in this Blog Hop I jumped on board to show my support.

Having an autistic child is a tough job. While there are many blessings there are also a lot of struggles, and not just within the family. Some of the struggle comes from the outside world with people not being understanding or helpful or inclusive.

While I don't have an autistic child, I do have a brother and sister who both have special needs so I've seen first hand the ostracizing and bullying that can occur from children and adults. So my challenge to you and even myself is to be more understanding, more helpful, and more inclusive!

For my card today I used this stamp set from The Greeting Farm called Little Heroes. The one thing I often hear from parents of an autistic child is how much of a hero their child is to them so I knew I had to do a superhero card. These cuties were colored with Copic Markers.

The puzzle clip-art was Designed by Freepik. I also resized the same clip-art into a tiny square so I could paper-piece parts of their outfits. Why is a puzzle piece a symbol for Autism? On a nationwide level, the Puzzle Piece symbol reflects the mystery and complexity of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Also, since every puzzle piece is different in some way, a puzzle piece accurately represents the diversity of the individuals affected.

The link up below is the list of crafters participating in this event with me! Have an awesome weekend! Rosie
