I Am Roses January 2026 Challenge: ANYTHING GOES!

It's the 15th of the month, and we have a brand new I Am Roses ANYTHING GOES Challenge!

Here is the breakdown for the $30 Prize requirement:

I LOVE the mermaids from Sweet November Stamps. I colored up a bunch of them a couple of years ago for a challenge, and still have several left to use on projects. I settled on this cutie called The Guppies: Gilly, and decided to create a birthday card. 

 

 

After coloring her with Copic markers, I fussy cut her out, and placed her on top of a circle piece of pattern paper with foam tape. I framed the circle using Circle Internal Scallops Die 2 from Jaded Blossom. The sentiment is Jaded Blossom's Mermaid To Be Friends Stamp Set. I then added small round glass cabochons. 

  

For the flowers, I used R43 baby blue peonies, dark navy blue roses, S10m-royal/c small pale blue with blue center flowers, S10m baby blue small achillea cottage flowers, and tiny green roses leaves.  

 

Here's a close up of Gilly. I added star dust stickles to her tail and her top for extra sparkle.

• Minimum (3) I Am Roses Products
• One project submission per participant (no multiple projects by one creator)
• Up to 5 winners chosen
• Participants will upload their project to their blog or forum, Label it “Jan IAR Challenge”
• Participants will add a direct link to their project using the InLinkz tool provided. (*if you are unable to use the tool, leave a comment to this blog post and leave a direct link to your project)
• Must Subscribe/or be a Follower of the IAR Challenge Blog
