Happy Saturday everyone! The 4th of July is right around the corner, and we have a lot of new people moving into our neighborhood. So I got the idea to create a patriotic "Welcome to the Neighborhood" card using this awesome guy from Polka Dot Orchard called From Our Gnome To Yours. I printed the image on Xpress It Blending Card and colored it with Copic Markers.
