Jaded Blossom March 2022 EASTER Release: SNEAK PEEK DAY 1

 Happy Monday Friends! Today we are on Day 1 of Sneak Peeks for the Jaded Blossom March 2022 EASTER Release. This release is adorable and makes me so giddy!! If you are like me and NEED it all, then you definitely want to purchase the "Gotta Have It Now" package for the BEST deal!

If you follow me, then you know I'm a lover of all the Gnome things! So I've been really excited to see adorable Add-Ons to the Gnome Dies. This month is another month of cuteness and features a new die set called Gnome Dies: Easter Add-Ons. I decided to make a Scallop Caddy to hold some Easter Treats. I cut the Gnome Dies and Gnome Dies: Easter Add Ons from Copic Xpress It Blending Card, and colored in each piece with Copic Markers. I LOVE the detail and shading you get using markers! To create his face, I colored in the bottom portion of the pointy hat in skin colors. Then I cut an extra mustache and added it for his hair. Next, I glued the hat over the top of the hair. To make ears, I used the hands die-cuts and just turned them so the fingers are behind his head. Isn't he cute with a face?!

I cut the grass using one of the dies from the Mushroom Dies. The sentiment is from the new Blessed Easter Stamp Set. I used my Crop-a-dile to create holes on the box sides for a ribbon handle. The gnome and grass are raised on foam tape.
 

 
On the back of the box, I added another sentiment cut out using the Blessed Easter Outline Dies. I also traced around the sentiment onto teal cardstock to create a teal mat for the sentiment. Then I added a trio of die-cut eggs at the bottom. The sentiment and eggs are raised on foam tape.

I've continued on with another animal Octagon Treat Box. I previously made a Panda Bear, Penguin, Seal and Walrus. Today, I'm showing off my Polar Bear Treat Box! I used the Octagon Dies: Critter Add Ons for the ears and eyes. The large nose was created from the Large Glasses Dies. The little cute mouth is from Octagon Dies: Christmas Add Ons 2.

On the back of the box I used a sentiment from the Wild About You Stamp Set.

I Am Roses + Conie Fong Easter Bunny

 Happy Monday friends! Goodness gracious, how in the world are we at the end of February already? I feel like I sneezed and an entire month flew by. Today's card is for I Am Roses, and features their gorgeous flowers with an adorable Conie Fong bunny that is part of the Easter Bunny Trio. I just love the sweetness of this cute bunny!

I used some patterned paper from Doodlebug Design. I printed the image on Xpress It Blending Card and colored it with Copic markers. Then I added ribbon, a bow, and framed the image with beautiful IAR flowers. I love the multicolor R43 flowers! The sentiment is part of the Easter Bunny Trio Digi Set.

Jaded Blossom: Easter Lollipop Holders

 Happy Friday friends! I'm back today for Jaded Blossom sharing these cute Easter Lollipop Holders I created using the Lollipop Die with the new dies released this week: Octagon Dies: Easter Add Ons and Spring Word Dies 2. Even though the various Octagon Add-ons were created for the Octagon Treat Boxes, you can use them on many of the other dies in the store (lollipop die, crate die, candy bar slider die, coffee slider die, milk carton die, scallop caddy die, etc.).

After taking the picture, I realized I put the chick's bill on upside down, LOL! I apparently needed more coffee. To up the cuteness level, I used googly eyes on all 3 holders. And if that wasn't enough cuteness, I decided to decorate the back of them. I added tails, haha!!

Jaded Blossom: Octagon Easter Release Blog Hop!

 Happy Wednesday everyone! We have a special Octagon Easter-themed Release HOP happening at Jaded Blossom today! Now if you're here from Marcia's Blog, you are in the right place. If you're just passing through start at the beginning because you don't want to miss a thing. I also have the complete line up at the bottom.

 For today's project, I made two small Easter Baskets using the new dies...one blue and one pink. I wanted a bigger opening at the top to fit the Easter M&Ms and bunny Sour Patch Kids so I used the Crate Die instead of the Octagon Treat Box Die. And voila....it worked perfectly! 

I did cut an octagon base in the light blue and light pink to glue the dark blue and dark pink basket die-cut to. After I glued on the gingham scallop border, I trimmed off the top of the exposed octagon base. I then glued the grass, bunny and eggs onto the back of the octagon die-cut panel. Finally, I glued the entire panel to the front of the crate box. For these Easter baskets, I decorated both the front and back side. It also gives you a handle to grab from both sides of the crate box.

The Greeting Farm February Stamp Feature Day 3: BRING ME SMILES

Happy Friday friends! We are on our last day of Stamp Features for the FEBRUARY 2022 RELEASE at The Greeting Farm. This month, TGF introduced 3 new stamp sets which are all available now for purchase. Claudette, Joni and I are on The Greeting Farm Blog showcasing the new release. Don't forget about the TGF Blog Hop where 1 lucky person will take home all 3 stamp sets!

To round out the release, Marie created this whimsical floral set called BRING ME SMILES. It has two sentiments, a floral bouquet and individual flower stamps to create some amazing backgrounds. I decided to gold emboss the floral bouquet and sentiment.

I used masking tape across the sentiment stamp as I stamped with versamark embossing ink so I could make it two lines to fit the space at the bottom of my card. To finish off the card I added my favorite gold paper from Hobby Lobby as a mat behind the image panel.

Today's set is called THANKS A SLOTH and features 3 different sloth images, along with 3 sentiments. 

I used the Jaded Blossom Bitten Leaf Stencil to create the background behind the sloth. I framed it with a black scallop frame and stamped the sentiment at the bottom. The sloth is raised on foam tape for extra dimension.

TLC Designs Shop: Ben Bot with Sketch-EZ Challenge #107

Happy Tuesday everyone! Today's card features products from TLC Designs. I love the variety carried in the store from stamps to digis to coordinating paper packs and even metal dies! And if you haven't seen yet, they will now be carrying digis from one of my favorite illustrators, Krista Smith. So far she has two digital sets in the store: Gnomeone Like You and Ben Bot. 

My card follows the monthly Sketch-EZ Challenge #107 using the newly released BEN BOT. Isn't he the sweetest robot ever?!! I printed him on Xpress It Blending Card and colored him with Copic Markers.

Jaded Blossom February 2022 Release BLOG HOP!

 Happy Friday everyone! Welcome to Jaded Blossom's FEBRUARY 2022 Stamp Release Blog Hop.  

Now if you're here from Lee-Ann's Blog, you're in the right place. If you're just passing through start at the beginning because you don't want to miss a thing. I also have the complete line up at the bottom.  For today's project, I made a St. Patrick's Day Octagon Treat Box. The shape of the box was created using the Octagon Treat Box Die. The pot of gold came from the new Gnome Dies: St. Patrick's Day Add Ons. The sentiment is from the Lucky Charm Stamp Set. I used an older set called Rainbow Dies for the rainbow.
 

 
I had some green Grinch kisses left over from Christmas so I added the St. Patrick's Day Candies to the bottom of them. I purchased the gold heart chocolates from Amazon.
