The Greeting Farm Stamp Feature: HUGS & HISSES

Today's set called HUGS & HISSES features 3 grumpy cats and they are hilarious! I'm more of a dog person, but these cats are LIFE! They make me laugh!!  

I knew when I saw this set that I wanted to turn the cat at the top of my card upside down like he was sneaking to try and get the cupcake. When I look at this card, it cracks me up.

I Am Roses August 2021 Challenge: ANYTHING GOES!

I know it's early, but I'm already wishing for cooler weather and spooky get-togethers so I decided to go with a Halloween theme today. TLC Designs recently released a cute digi set called CREEPING IT REAL and I just had to color up this fabulous vampire. Who says you can't add flowers to boy cards?! I think these IAR flowers were the perfect touch! 

 

 

To create the black frame behind the image I used the TLC Designs Daisy Frame Die. The circles of eyes (top left corner and bottom right corner) were cut out using the stitched circle from TLC Designs Aztec Sunshine Dies. The sentiment is part of the Creeping It Real Digi Set.

For the Milk Carton, I used patterned paper from Photo Play Kringle and Co 6x6 Paper Pad. The gnome is from the new Mushroom For Coffee Stamp Set and the sentiment is from Coffee And Friends Stamp Set.

Jaded Blossom August 2021 Release: SNEAK PEEK DAY 4

 Happy Thursday everyone! Today is Day 4 of Sneak Peeks for the Jaded Blossom AUGUST Release!  If you LOVE everything you have seen so far then you definitely want to purchase the Gotta Have it Now Package which will return to the Jaded Blossom Store on Friday. It's the best deal! 

Today, we are revealing a new stamp set called CLEAR JAR: COFFEE ADD ONS, along with the FREEBIE Stamp Set called Kawaii Coffee Breakfast Icons. For my project, I used the sugar packets from the Clear Jar: Coffee Add Ons to create a mini slimline card. I used the Slimline Dies to cut the shape. Then, I trimmed the length down to 6 inches, realigned the cut edge inside the die, and ran it through my cutting machine again to get the stitched edge on the cut side.

I stamped the sugar packets 3 times, fuzzy cut them out, colored them with Copics, and overlapped them to create a longer line of packets. Next, I used the Coffee Word Dies and cut the "a" once, and the word "mocha" 4 times. Then I cut the "h" from each word and glued the letters together to form "ahhhh". I used a marker to add the 3 dots and stamped "sugar" twice. Are you singing Sugar Sugar yet? LOL!

 I combined several products to create this adorable Scallop Caddy to hold some packets of Cappuccino.

 

The gnome is from Gnome For Christmas. I cut his hands and wrapped them on top of the mushroom coffee mug. I also cut his hat and glued the top piece off to the side so he wasn't so tall. Then I combined one of the sentiments with the "love" die from the Basic Word Dies.

 Mini slimline cards seem to be popping up everywhere lately, and I haven't made one yet. When I saw the Kawaii Coffee Breakfast Stamps, I knew the breakfast sweets would fit great on a mini slimline! The sentiments from the Muffin Without You Stamps were also the perfect fit.

 

I used the narrow, stitched die from the Slimline Dies Set to create the panel. I first cut a regular size slimline panel and then measured 6 inches down, made a mark, and realigned the paper and die back together to cut just the top off so it was shorter. After coloring the doughnut, croissant, and muffin, I layered them on the card with foam tape.

Jaded Blossom: DEERY CHRISTMAS TO YOU!

 Happy Friday everyone! I'm back today with a card featuring stamps and dies from Jaded Blossom. And did you see that I followed the Animal Challenge theme? Remember, you have until September 4th to play along for a chance at a FREE stamp set! 

I've been wanting to color up this adorable deer for a while and finally decided to pull out the HELLO DEER Stamp Set. I also used the mini deer and hoof stamp included in the set to create my own patterned paper. FUN, right?!!

The cute Christmas sentiment is also part of the Hello Deer set. To create the scallop border on the patterned paper, I placed the patterned paper on top of the red cardstock and used the large rectangle in the Scallop Rectangle Dies 1 Set to cut the paper at an angle. Then I just staggered the two pieces of paper to get the red border underneath.
