Jaded Blossom August 2021 Release: SNEAK PEEK DAY 2

 Happy Tuesday everyone! Today, we are on Day 2 of Sneak Peeks for the Jaded Blossom AUGUST 2021 Release. I am so EXCITED about this release because it features all things COFFEE, including some of my favorite breakfast treats....donuts, muffins, and croissants!  I combined several products to create this adorable Scallop Caddy to hold some packets of Cappuccino.

 

The gnome is from Gnome For Christmas. I cut his hands and wrapped them on top of the mushroom coffee mug. I also cut his hat and glued the top piece off to the side so he wasn't so tall. Then I combined one of the sentiments with the "love" die from the Basic Word Dies.

Happy Monday everyone! Today is Day 1 of Sneak Peeks for the Jaded Blossom AUGUST 2021 Release.  Mini slimline cards seem to be popping up everywhere lately, and I haven't made one yet. When I saw the Kawaii Coffee Breakfast Stamps, I knew the breakfast sweets would fit great on a mini slimline! The sentiments from the Muffin Without You Stamps were also the perfect fit.

 

I used the narrow, stitched die from the Slimline Dies Set to create the panel. I first cut a regular size slimline panel and then measured 6 inches down, made a mark, and realigned the paper and die back together to cut just the top off so it was shorter. After coloring the doughnut, croissant, and muffin, I layered them on the card with foam tape.

Jaded Blossom: DEERY CHRISTMAS TO YOU!

 Happy Friday everyone! I'm back today with a card featuring stamps and dies from Jaded Blossom. And did you see that I followed the Animal Challenge theme? Remember, you have until September 4th to play along for a chance at a FREE stamp set! 

I've been wanting to color up this adorable deer for a while and finally decided to pull out the HELLO DEER Stamp Set. I also used the mini deer and hoof stamp included in the set to create my own patterned paper. FUN, right?!!

The cute Christmas sentiment is also part of the Hello Deer set. To create the scallop border on the patterned paper, I placed the patterned paper on top of the red cardstock and used the large rectangle in the Scallop Rectangle Dies 1 Set to cut the paper at an angle. Then I just staggered the two pieces of paper to get the red border underneath.

I Am Roses + Conie Fong Tori the Dragon

 Happy Friday everyone! I'm back today for I Am Roses featuring their gorgeous flowers with an adorable image from Conie Fong called Tori the Dragon-Up. I love the entire dragon line so I decided to bring out an oldie but goodie! And what better way to enhance a card than to add beautiful IAR flowers. They are my favorite, and really add that extra touch to any project.

TLC Designs Shop: FORAGING FAIRIES Interactive Card

 Happy Sunday friends! I'm back today with a card featuring products from TLC Designs. On the last Sunday of every month I'll be featuring products from stamps, to digis, to the awesome dies carried in the store.

Tammy has an amazing Facebook Group called TLC Designs Creative Sharing. Please pop over and join us! This is a very supportive community, and we can't wait to see your creations using TLC Designs products. To get you started there are even some FREEBIES. Every month, there will also be a monthly Facebook Challenge for opportunities to win prizes that runs from the 15th until the 14th of the next month. The current July challenge is an Interactive Challenge!

Today, my card features these adorable fairies from a new digi set called FORAGING FAIRIES. I combined this set with the HAPPY DRAGONFLY CIRCLE DIES. The sentiment is from the FOREST PALS CLEAR STAMP SET. 

 

 I created the scene in MS Word and printed it on Copic Xpress It Blending Card. I then cut it out using the stitched circle from the Happy Dragonfly Circle Dies. Next I used a cloud stencil and Tumbled Glass DO Ink to create the sky. Then I colored in the rest of the scene with Copic markers.

The gorgeous paper is from the PERFECTLY PRECIOUS PAPER PAD. This set of paper measures 5.5 x 8.5 so it's great for A2 cards, square cards, and even slimline cards. Have you figured out what part of my card is interactive? I placed the sentiment on an action wobble so when you flick it, the dragonfly will wobble.

Jaded Blossom: Friend-a-saurus Coffee Slider

 Happy Friday everyone! Before I get to my project, I wanted to remind you that we have our "ANYTHING GOES" Challenge going on until July 30th at Jaded Blossom! For my project today, I used one of my favorite dies called the Coffee Slider Die. It creates the cutest gift card holder! Since I'm still on a dinosaur high from the June Release, I decided to make this holder with a dino theme. I used the Mini Dino Stencil and Distress Oxide Inks to create the pattern on the main coffee holder shape. On the kraft koozie and lid top, I used a stencil that might seem out of place....can you tell which stencil it is? It's the Knit Stitch Stencil! When I looked at it, it kind of looked like dino foot prints and also leaves so I used it to create the backdrop to my dinos. The dinosaurs are from the Prehistoric Age Stamp Set.

On the inside gift card holder part, I used patterned paper for the main area, and the Knit Stitch Stencil on kraft paper for the lid. The faux washi tape was created using one of the stamps from Dinosaur Candies. That awesome sentiment is from the Friend-a-Saurus Stamp Set. I just trimmed it down.

The Greeting Farm Digi Stamp Feature: DRESS UP SUMMER

 Happy Thursday everyone! Today, we have a Digital Stamp Feature for The Greeting Farm showcasing the new digi released on July 1st called DRESS UP SUMMER. I have loved seeing all of the creative combinations the Digi Team has come up with using these images!

I am definitely not a master at creating digi scenes, but I do love digi stamps. The great thing about the digital sets from The Greeting Farm is that Marie includes a summary sheet of all the digis together in one picture. I usually just copy that summary picture, paste into Word, print and then fussy cut the images I want to use for my card.

For this card, I cut a circle from some cardstock and taped it to my card front. I then used Distress Oxide Inks to create the beach scene and removed the circle template. Next, I colored up the sweet girl and her dog and added them to the beach scene using foam tape. I cut the sentiment out, glued it to some yellow cardstock and mounted it to the card using more foam tape.

I Am Roses July 2021 Challenge: ANYTHING GOES!

And by adding some gorgeous IAR flowers you can take them to another level. I might have added too many flowers, but I figure that means there is more for the recipient to enjoy, LOL!
