Jaded Blossom: Happy Halloween PEEPS!

 Happy Friday everyone! Halloween is right around the corner, so I thought I'd put together some adorable treat holders for those upcoming spooky get-togethers. I LOVE the versatility of Jaded Blossom Stamps and Dies and how you can mix and match them to create awesome projects. 

 Today, I used the Build A Booth Die with the Build A Booth: Treat Box Add Ons to create these themed holders for the Halloween Peeps I bought at Target. I found Ghost, Monster, and Pumpkin Peeps so I made coordinating treat boxes for each one. I had so much fun with these!

For the Ghost Peeps, I used the gnome from the Boo Crew Stamp Set. The background panel was created using the Ghost Stencil Set. I combined two stamp sets for the sentiment: Spooky Season and Bone Chilling Treats. 

For the Monster Peeps, I used the gnome from Brewing With My Gnomies. The background panel was created using the Coffee Stain Stencil. I combined two stamp sets for the sentiment: Brewing With My Gnomies and Boo Crew.

For the Pumpkin Peeps, I used the gnome from Thankful For My Gnomie. The background panel was created using the Pumpkin Stencil and the Pumpkin Face Stencil. I combined two stamp sets for the sentiment: Pumpkin Picking and Candy Corn For Sale.

The Greeting Farm October 2023 Stamp Feature Day 3: ANYA IN ITALY

 Happy Wednesday Friends! We are on our last day of Stamp Features for the October 2023 New Release at The Greeting Farm. This month Anya is traveling again and has her sites on Italy. ANYA IN ITALY was so popular it sold out immediately. Don't fret though, more are already on order and should be arriving to the store soon so keep checking back. I had this travel digital paper from Carta Bella called Let's Travel and cropped in on Italy to create the background paper. It had a Colosseum printed on the paper, but I covered it with the stamped version from the Anya In Italy stamp set.

I added the plate of spaghetti and coffee mug from the set next to the word Italy. I then stamped Buona Giornata in the bottom right corner, and added the Vespa and Anya in the left corner.

The Greeting Farm October 2023 Stamp Feature Day 2: SNOW DAY

 Happy Tuesday Friends! We are on Day 2 of Stamp Features for the October 2023 New Release at The Greeting Farm. This month, TGF introduced 3 new stamp sets which are all available now for purchase. These adorable penguins are hitting the slopes because there's no day like a SNOW DAY! From snowboards and skis to sleds and snow tubes, these penguins have all the equipment they need for lots of fun dashing through the snow! To fit all of these cuties, I created a slimline card and tore multiple layers of white cardstock to create the slopes.

I inked the top layers of each slope with light blue ink, but I should have went a little darker in order to see the layers better. The little houses and trees are also part of the this stamp set, along with the sentiment.

I'm a huge fan of Doodlebug Design paper and paired this Santa face background with my image. I turned the plate of cookies into a little table using the North Pole Sign Die from Jaded Blossom.

 Today, I created a quick and easy card using pre-colored ephemera from Diamond Press. If you need to put together quick cards for the holidays, then purchasing a Diamond Press Card Kit is the way to go. It comes with so many pieces that can be mixed and matched for unlimited possibilities.

To take this card to the next level, I added gorgeous IAR flowers to both corners of the frame. I started with medium size roses, followed by White Cherry Blossoms, S10 Medium Flowers, and Tiny Green Leaves. The gingerbread boy and girl, along with the sentiment are raised on foam tape.

Jaded Blossom October 2023 New Release BLOG HOP!

 For my project, I used the Scallop Caddy Die to create a holder for this oatmeal cookie. These would make cute school party favors! I made a big batch of pumpkin overnight oats earlier this week, and wanted to try something different to use up the left overs. I found a recipe online to make oatmeal cookies from the overnight oats so I gave it a try. They turned out decent, but even better with some frosting on top!

I used the new Build A Wreath Die to go at the top of the Scallop Caddy. I made the North Pole Sign with the sentiment from the Candy Cane Lane Stamp Set. I knew when I saw that sentiment that it would go perfectly with the Mrs. Claus Baking Co. Stamp Set. Isn't she adorable?!! 

 
I  love that you can fit a pretty large cookie inside the scallop caddy. It's the perfect width for party favors!

This release is all about Christmas...my favorite holiday! My birthday is also in December, along with my husband, his two brothers, and several friends. Let's just say December is the bank-breaking month, LOL! But, I still love this time of year spent with family and friends. So, of course, I was extra giddy about these new gnome Christmas add ons! You know I like thinking outside the box with these gnome dies so this time around I used the new Gnome Dies: Christmas Add Ons 3 to make a standing nutcracker!

I just LOVE him and how he turned out! There are a few things I would do a little differently the next time around, but overall I think he turned out pretty good. His little eyes were created using the little circle die in the new set. I used the original mustache from Gnome Dies to create the side pieces of hair. I just cut the original mustache in half. To create his body, I used the hat die in the new set and flipped it upside down.  I glued it to the beard area and then trimmed off the extra beard around the sides of the hat. I used the Gnome Dies: Leg Add Ons to create his arms, legs, and boots. To create the boot, I colored the gnome nose black, cut it in half, trimmed a little off the sides and glued to the bottom of the leg die to create a front facing boot. The mittens are from Gnome Dies: Christmas Add Ons 1.

The background was created using the new Holly Berries Stencil. The sentiment is from Nutcrackin' Christmas and cut out using the coordinating Outline Dies. I raised the nutcracker and sentiment on foam for extra dimension.

Today, I created a card using the spiders from the Gnome Dies: Graveyard Add Ons. I love the size of the large spider. He really could be on a clean and simple card all by himself. If you are trying to mass produce cards, then this spider die is your go-to!

 

 
The sentiment is from the Spooky Season Stamp Set. To finish off the card and make it more fun, I added googly eyes to my spiders.
