7 Kids College Fund~Sugar Pea Designs!

Happy Saturday everyone! Today at the 7 Kids College Fund Store Blog we are featuring Sugar Pea Designs Stamps!! They are soooo adorable!! I'm pretty sure you're gonna LOVE them!!

I'm showcasing this cutie patootie called Gnome Sweet Gnome!! He's so stinkin' CUTE!! There was a lot of coloring to this one, but it was a lot of fun! I challenged myself to make a tree and a mossy trail. They turned out better than I thought they would. I can't even give you any tips because honestly it was all by accident, LOL! I just added different colors, and at first I was like....shoot, I messed it up!! But I kept adding colors and it finally just came together.

I wanted to keep my card pretty simple to let my colored image be the focal point. I used some dps from Authentique Flourish 6x6 Paper pad. All the dps were distressed with Black Soot Distress Ink. The little banners at the top of the card and the sentiment were cut out using MFT DieNamics Blueprints 6. The ribbon is from Walmart.

Supplies from the 7 Kids College Fund Store:

Hammermill 100# Cardstock
Memento Tuxedo Black Ink

Now be sure to head over to the 7 Kids STORE Blog to see all the lovely creations from my fellow DT Sisters. There might even be a prize involved! :)

Wow, this looks like A LOT of coloring. And you totally rocked it. Seriously girl, you're gonna teach me to colour. I LOVE how this turned out. And you did the right thing to keep the rest of the card pretty simple so that the image gets all/most of the attention. Awesome!!!
Hugs! xx

Cute card. You'd never know that you had problems with the tree. It's wonderful. Glad you didn't give up. LOL
