C.C. Designs: Rustic Sugar Butterfly Cinnamon

Happy Monday everyone! I'm back with a card using one of the new stamps from the MAY Release called Rustic Sugar Butterfly Cinnamon. I just love this image! I think her facial expression is so sweet!

Copics:
Skin: E000, E00, E01, E02, E13
Hair: E71, E77, E79

Butterfly: BG32, BG72, BG75, Y04, RV02, RV32, RV34

I used some more digital paper from Etsy. People always ask me how I find the perfect papers to match my image. Well I go on Etsy and do a search, easy peasy, LOL! This paper is from NicsDigitalDesigns Butterfly Mixed Patterns in Teal and Red. I used C.C. Designs Ovals #1 Metal Die and Scalloped Oval Metal Die to cut out my sentiment. The small butterflies around the sentiment were cut out of patterned paper using one of the dies from C.C. Designs Make A Card #3 Metal Die. The sentiment is from Conie Fong Butterfly Princess. I then added a big bow and some pearls to finish it off.

Now be sure to head over to the C.C. Designs Store and snatch up all of the awesome goodies! They are so much fun to color up and play with.

Hugs,

LDRS Creative: Inpspired Edge LOVE and FAITH

Happy Thursday everyone! Today I'm sharing 4 bookmarks I made using two of the new LDRS Creative Inspired Edge Stamps. These stamps can be used for more than just Bible Journaling. As you can see, they make the perfect bookmarks!

My first set of bookmarks are for the women. I used Inspired Edge LOVE Stamps and paper from Polkadoodles Eleganza 6x6 Paper Pad. One was stamped in black ink and parts colored in with a gold marker. The second one was embossed in gold with parts colored in with a gold marker. I used the FanTABulous Die Set to make the decorative edge at the top of the bookmark which allowed space for me to punch a hole for the trim.

My second set of bookmarks are for the men. I used Inspired Edge FAITH Stamps and paper from TLC Inspired Splendid Azure 6x6 Paper Pad. One was stamped in black ink and parts colored in with gel pens. The second one was embossed in gold with parts also colored in with some gel pens. I used the FanTABulous Die Set to make the decorative edge at the top of the bookmark which allowed space for me to punch a hole for the trim.

There are lots of new products in the LDRS Creative Store. The selection has definitely grown so you should take a look and grab all of your favorites! You're going to love them!

The Greeting Farm: Thick Cut Letters + Born Again

Happy Tuesday! Today, I'm showcasing some new Faith Stamps from The Greeting Farm. These Faith based stamps will be releasing every other month on the last Tuesday. The next release will be in June so make sure to mark your calendars!

This release features an Upper and Lower Case Alphabet set along with a butterfly set called Born Again. I LOVE all 3 of these sets! And the great thing is that these sets are so versatile that you can use them for anything!!!

Thick Cut - Caps

Thick Cut - Lower

Born Again

I decided to make a card along with something to put on my wall just to show how versatile these stamps really are. For the card, I gold embossed the butterflies and then watercolored them with Distress Inks. After I colored them I loaded ink onto my paintbrush and tapped it again a marker to make splatter marks all over

On the wall hanging, I just added random drops to my paper and then sprayed transparency film with water, placed it on top of the ink and smeared the ink. Then I did the same splatter technique. Next, I ink up the letters from the Thick Cut Alphabet stamps using Versafine Black Ink. The word "beautiful" was handwritten. I gold embossed butterflies from the Born Again set onto watercolor paper, painted them, cut them out, and raised them on pop dots.

Head over to The Greeting Farm Store to snatch up these awesome sets!! You can see more inspiration from my fellow DT sisters HERE!

Hugs,
Rosie
