Happy Thursday friends! My card today features one of my favorite images from Conie Fong called Twinkle Emily. I don't know why, but I'm always inspired to use rainbow colors when I color her up. I think because it just makes me feel happy inside!

I kept the layout simple to keep the focus on Twinkle Emily. I used a white gel pen to add in dots and crosses to create the illusion of sparkle. Then, I added some Wink Of Stella over parts of the image to give it even more sparkle.
