Diamond Press: NEW BUTTERFLY FLYING CARD KIT plus SEASONS STAMP & DIE KIT

Happy Tuesday everyone! Diamond Press went live on HSN a little bit ago showcasing their new BUTTERFLY FLYING CARD KIT and let me tell you, it's a HUGE hit!! These are literally flying off the shelves! I had a blast creating these cards and I know you will too! The best part is your recipient's face when they open the card!!

747-448 BUTTERFLY FLYING CARD KIT $34.95

These butterflies are really easy to assemble so don't be intimidated at all! Here are the front and inside pictures of the 3 cards I created. I posted video of the butterflies in action on my Facebook page and also in the Diamond Press Users Facebook Group.

On this first card, I used the butterfly dies to cut the butterflies from the patterned paper. I then gold embossed each cut-out using the coordinating butterfly stamp. I glued the patterned paper that I cut the butterflies from to white cardstock. Then I glued just the bodies of each butterfly back in the space and bent the wings upward to create dimension.

For my 2nd card, I cut multiple small butterflies from digital rainbow paper. I then used the coordinating stamp and stamped on each cut out with Versamark Embossing Ink and heat embossed them in black ink.

For my last card, I stamped the large butterfly with embossing ink onto patterned paper and embossed the stamped image in gold. I die-cut the butterfly, glued it to pink paper and then used scissors to cut the pink border.

For the next set of cards, I used a kit that was previously sent out in December for those who have the HSN Marquis Autoship. It was very popular in December and several customers asked if it could be re-released for those who do not have the autoship. Diamond Press to the rescue!!

708-776 SEASONS STAMP AND DIE KIT

This set is so versatile and covers multiple holidays. It not only comes with stamps and dies, but also two beautiful embossing folders!

This card uses one of the embossing folders. I embossed watercolor cardstock, and then carefully went over the raised design with a gold paint pen. Next, I lightly colored the flowers in with Copic Markers, which made it look like watercolors. Happy Spring was die-cut from gold paper and glued in the open space.

The leaf border on this Give Thanks card is the 2nd embossing folder. I embossed it on kraft cardstock and then used Copic Markers to re-draw the lines and color in the leaves.

If you want any of these kits, then hurry to HSN and purchase them NOW! They are flying off the shelves and almost sold out!

Rosie

I Am Roses: COFFEE SLIDER GIFT CARD HOLDER

Happy Tuesday everyone! Today, I am showcasing an easy and quick Easter project for all your coffee-loving friends and family! This is a Coffee Slider Gift Card Holder, and by adding beautiful I Am Roses flowers it went from just okay to WOW! My favorite large flowers to use as the focal point on my cards/projects are the R43 Roses. I have them in almost every color and they are the perfect size for most projects.

The dies and sentiment used on this project are from Jaded Blossom. I used the Coffee Slider Die for the shape of the gift card holder, and the Scallop Circle Die for the pink frame around the sentiment. The sentiment is from the Hello Beautiful Stamp Set.

Remember, you have until APRIL 8th to link up your project to our current ANYTHING GOES Challenge. Be sure to use a minimum of 3 I Am Roses products on your card to qualify for a prize. I can't wait to see what you make!

Hugs,
Rosie

Dies R Us: OCEAN SHADOW BOX CARD

Happy Tuesday everyone! It's Rosie here today with my last DT post for Dies R Us. I had an amazing time with these wonderful ladies on the team, and want to wish the new ladies lots of fun and success! Today, I'm showing how I created this underwater ocean Shadow Box Card using Lawn Fawn products.

 Let's Get Started!

Step 1: I cut two pieces of the shadow box frame from the Lawn Fawn Shadow Box Card Dies....one piece forms the front and one forms the back. I used the scallop frame from the Shadow Box Card Ocean Add On Dies to create the opening on the front panel. Then, I measured and cut pieces of decorative paper to glue to the inside back panel to create the ocean backdrop. Originally I was only going to put paper on the very back panel, but then decided to also add paper to the sides.

Step 2: After you glue the decorative paper to the inside, assemble the box. I use Scor-tape because then I don't have to wait for glue to dry.

Step 3: Now comes the fun part....decorating the inside! I cut two waves using the Ocean Add On Dies. I glued one close to the scallop opening. The other one was glued more in the middle of the box. I stamped the scuba diver, fishes, angler fish, and lobster from the Lawn Fawn You Are Sublime Stamps, colored them with Copics, and added them to the inside. I made the scuba diver a girl by adding some lashes. To create depth I add some of the elements on plastic strips and adhere to the back ocean wave panels with foam tape.

Step 4: I added the sentiment strip to the back of the shadow box using plastic strips also.

Here it is all assembled!

Rachelle Anne Miller: KANGAROO

Happy Sunday friends! My card today features an adorable Rachelle Anne Miller digi stamp called KANGAROO. This stamp is very versatile and would make the perfect Mother's Day Card. I used it for an uplifting card to let the recipient know that good times are ahead!

Copics:
Kangaroo: E41, E42, E43, E44/E0000, E40
Bird: E41, E42, E43, R11, R81, R83, R85
Pink Flowers: RV02, RV04, RV06, RV09
Purple Flowers: V04, V15, V17
Yellow Flowers: Y11, Y21, YR21, YR04
Teal: BG13
Leaves: YG23
Grass: G21

I kept the card pretty simple so the scene would be the focus. The sentiment is from a Rachelle Anne Miller Stamp Set called Sweet Celebration.

I hope you come join us on the Rachelle Anne Miller Digital Stamps Facebook Group to share your fabulous creations! Be sure to subscribe to her newsletter because she will have special sales throughout the year just for email subscribers!

Happy Friday everyone! We are so excited for the Jaded Blossom Clear Jar release! We have three new stamp sets and one new die! The die is the Outline and Shaker die for our Clear Jar Stamp Set. Not familiar with our Clear Jar stamp line? Click HERE.

Now if you're here from Marcia's Blog, you're in the right place. If you're just passing through start at the beginning because you don't want to miss a thing. I also have the complete line up at the bottom.

I made two gift sets with coordinating cards for this release. My first project is a treat gift set with Mamba Fruit Chews. For the card, I used the Clear Jar Stamps, Clear Jar: Fruit Add Ons, Clear Jar Outline Dies, Sunburst Card Mat, and Go Bananas Stamps (sentiment). The top of the jar features one of the sentiments from Hello Beautiful Stamps and the Scallop Circle Die.

I recently found my Shrinky Dink plastic sheets.....so guess what I made? Fruit shaker bits for these shaker jars! The individual fruit stamps shrink down to the perfect size.

For my 2nd project, I created a button-themed gift set. The buttons came in a plastic jar already. I just added a label to the lid and created a coordinating card this time using the Clear Jar: Crafty Add Ons Stamps and unicorn flowers from I Am Roses.

Buy the entire bundle at a discount! Regular price $64.99, sale price $59.99!
