C.C. Designs December Release: PREVIEW DAY 2

Sweet Escape Digis: MUSIC!

Happy Tuesday everyone! I'm back today with my last post as a Guest Designer for an awesome digi company called Sweet Escape Digis. She has a variety of different styles in her Etsy shop so head on over and grab a few to try out! I think you'll LOVE coloring them as much as I do!

 

This beautiful girl is called MUSIC. When I first got her I was just going to make something with records or music notes, but since it's almost Christmas and all the stations are playing Christmas Music, I decided to stick with the Christmas theme! I think she makes a fun Christmas card!

I found the Jingle Bell Rock music sheet printable on-line by doing a google search. And the Shake it Up! it's Christmas sentiment is from Kraftin Kimmie Shake It Up Stamp Set.

7 Kids Crafting Supply Store: HONEY BEE STAMPS!

Happy Sunday everyone! Have you checked out the 7 Kids Crafting Supply Store lately? There is so much variety in the store now and new lines are being added regularly! Today, I'm featuring a new line we recently added called Honey Bee Stamps!! The stamps and dies are amazing! I LOVE all of the sets and added a bunch to my collection so you're going to be seeing me featuring these for a while, WOO HOO! With Christmas around the corner, I needed some cute art to display in some 8x10 frames around the house. So I decided to use these adorable birds from the Season's Tweetings Stamp Set to make something cute and simple! This set is HUGE....6x8 and comes with some awesome sentiments! Aren't they adorable!!

  In sticking with the simple theme, I didn't do any shading. I stamped the birds on kraft paper and pulled out my glitter gel pens (that have just been sitting and collecting dust, haha). The sentiment is from the Season's Tweeting set and I just embossed it with gold embossing powder. The patterned paper is from Simple Stories Very Merry 6x8 Paper Pad. I plan on putting this in an 8x10 frame, which I still need to get.

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had an awesome weekend! We celebrated Thanksgiving this past week with my hubby's family in Oklahoma. They are so much fun and we always have a great time! It's always hard to come back home to Texas, but I sure appreciate my bed more. Sleeping on an air mattress when you are in your 40s is for the birds, LOL!

The Greeting Farm: FEELS

I'm back today with the last Stamp Feature for The Greeting Farm for 2017. We'll be back in January with our new new Release and a new TEAM!! Also, Happy early Thanksgiving to all of you! I appreciate all of you who still do the blog thing and have remained a following. I'm hoping to do a lot more give-aways in 2018 to show you my appreciation!!

 There are so many cool ways to use these stamps – tiny notecards, place cards, lunch notes, tags, the possibilities are endless. These new planner stamps should be back in the store by the end of the week or early next week so keep checking!

Sweet Escape Digis: Winter's Beauty

This beautiful girl is called WINTER'S BEAUTY. She is perfect for all of those upcoming Christmas Cards. I colored her with Copic Markers, then cut the image out using a C.C. Designs die. Next, I added Stampendous Aged Ivory Embossing Enamel around the edges of my oval and heated it over my toaster.

The Greeting Farm: Hello Gorgeous!

Happy Thursday everyone! Over the new few days, I'll be showcasing projects using the new stamps from The Greeting Farm's November Release. This month, there are 3 fabulous sets featuring mini images to decorate your planners/journals. However, they can be used for so much more!! While the shop is currently sold out of the three sets, have no fear...Marie will replenish the supply by next week. Yay! There are also a few sets still available at 7 Kids Crafting Supply Store.

This set is called Hello Gorgeous, which also has its own set of dies (sold separately):

I'm usually a cardmaker, so making a journal page is so out of my comfort zone, but I decided to push myself and try it! I LOVE looking at journal inspiration on Facebook and Instagram, but it's definitely not easy to make plain journal pages look cute. I give those ladies major props!

I used some floral washi tape for the top and bottom border of my page. I stamped the images on Cryogen cardstock, colored them with Copics, and then cut them out using the coordinating dies. I cut strips of cardstock to journal on just to add some more color. I'm telling you I was struggling to add some color, LOL!

I've been on a roll with scene cards, so I decided to make another one! This one features two stamps from the new release...C.C. Designs Skating Lucy and Roberto's Rascals Penguin Party. The trio of trees are from the Snow Village Set. They look like they are having a BLAST!!

The snowy slopes was made using the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Backdrop-Landscape Die. I just cut it several times and pieced certain pieces together at the bottom to make more slopes. The sentiment is from Mama Elephant.

C.C. Designs November Release PREVIEW DAY 1

Happy Tuesday everyone! Today we start Day 1 of Previews for the NOVEMBER RELEASE at C.C. Designs. This month we are back with stamps from C.C. Designs and Roberto's Rascals featuring a WINTER theme! We can't wait to show off these cuties!

As the holidays approach, we want to make it easier for our customers to win prizes so we are moving our questions/games to our CUSTOMER FACEBOOK PAGE! My card today showcases Swiss Pixie Snowman Heidi with the Snow Village. I stamped the images on Copic Xpress It Blending Card and colored all of it with Copic Markers. I had a lot of fun coloring this scene and my take on a Gingerbread House turned out better than I thought it would!
