Jaded Blossom November 2023 Release: SNEAK PEEK DAY 1

This release is all about my favorite morning, afternoon, and evening beverage...COFFEE! I just love waking up and having a cup of warm, sweet coffee with lots of creamer. Yeah, yeah, I know...I'm bougee, LOL! I hate black coffee! Today, I used the new products with the Coffee Slider Die to create a fun gift card holder.

To make the girl gnome, I used Girl Gnome Dies, Gnome Dies: Gingerbread Add Ons (dress and hair bows), and Gnome Dies: Girl Scarecrow Add Ons (hat). The cup she is holding is from the new Gnome Dies: Coffee Add Ons. The sentiment on the lid is from the Thanks A Latte Gnomie Stamp Set. I used the new Coffee Mug Stencil to create the blue and pink background. On the panel that slides out, I used the large coffee mug from the Coffee Add Ons to hold the gift card.

Now that it's November, I'm on to creating Fall cards. This one combines dies and stamps. I used the Sunflower Dies, Wheelbarrow Die, and Wheelbarrow Dies: Fall Add Ons to create this sunflower scene. The adorable scarecrow and sentiment are from the Scarecrow Kisses Stamp Set. Isn't he a cutie?!!

Jaded Blossom: PUMPKIN SPICE SEASON!

Happy Friday everyone! It's November, and of course all things pumpkin! I love this time of year because of all the holidays, and it also means pumpkin spice season! Today, I used the XL Topper Die to create a bag topper for these pumpkin spice marshmallows. The 5x5 inch clear bags are also from Jaded Blossom.

 

To create this scene, I used the Wheelbarrow Die with the Wheelbarrow Dies: Fall Add Ons. For the pumpkins, I cut the base with the stem from kraft cardstock and colored in the stems with Copic Markers E43, E47, E49. Next, I die-cut just the pumpkins from orange cardstock and added some shading using Copics YR04, YR07, YR09. I then glued the orange pumpkins to the base pumpkin and didn't have to cut any stems separately. The sentiment is from the Sunflowers For Sale Stamp Set. 

I used Broken China Distress Oxide Ink to create the sky/cloud background and tore a piece of green cardstock to create the grassy area.

Happy Halloween!

 Happy Halloween friends! I'm finishing off the month of October with a mini slimline (3.75" x 6.25") scene card combining two fabulous digital stamps from Conie Fong named Pumpkin Emily and Pumpkin Kitties. I think these two images go together perfectly! It was a lot of coloring, but I love how it turned out. I channeled my inner Amy Young when doing the night sky. She is an amazing colorist, and has coloring videos in her Facebook group, Adventures in Coloring with Amy. Go check her out!

I Am Roses + Conie Fong Candy Cane Girl Elf

 Happy Monday friends! Today's card features the gorgeous flowers from I Am Roses with this digital image from Conie Fong called Candy Cane Girl Elf. I LOVE the new digital elf images and knew they would go perfectly with these red, white and pink  IAR flowers. You can purchase Candy Cane Girl Elf by herself, or as a BUNDLE. I'd go with the bundle because you get 3 girl elves both in JPEG and PNG along with an image of all 3 girl elves together.

I printed the image on Copic Xpress Blending Card and colored her with Copic Markers. The large flower on the left is a red R43 Peony. It's my favorite style of flower, and I have them in every color! I then added S3-15 white cherry blossoms, S10m small achillea cottage red flowers, TU1-2 soft pink tulips, R2 small pink roses, and tiny green leaves.

Jaded Blossom: FALL MINI RELEASE!!

 Happy Thursday! It's time for the Jaded Blossom Fall Mini Release! To celebrate, we are having a little hop to showcase the fabulous projects created by the Design Team. I have the complete line up at the bottom of this post.

I created two projects for this release. My first one is a card using the new Sunflower Dies and Sunflowers For Sale Stamp Set with the FREEBIE offer Gnome Dies: Girl Scarecrow Add Ons. I LOVE everything from this mini release!! I cut my pieces from Copic Xpress It Blending Card and colored them with Copic Markers so I could add more detail and shading.

To create my girl gnome, I added some hair from the original Girl Gnome Dies set under the straw die-cut to make the straw hair longer since I move the hat up more to add a face. Then I added more straw under her dress. The sunflower that she is holding is from an older set called Gnome Dies: Thanksgiving Add Ons.

 For my 2nd project, I used the Build A Booth Die and the Crate Die with several of the new items to create a holder for some pumpkin pie cut into a 2x3 rectangle so it would fit inside the crate.

This time I used the boy Gnome Dies with the FREEBIE Girl Gnome Dies: Scarecrow Add Ons. The pumpkin pie he is holding along with the pie banner are from the new Build A Booth: Fall Add Ons. The large pumpkins at the bottom of the booth are from the Wheelbarrow Dies: Fall Add Ons.

The booth sign is from the Sunflowers For Sale Stamp Set. I love that these Jaded Blossom sets always include separate pieces that layer on top of each other!

Jaded Blossom: Happy Halloween PEEPS!

 Happy Friday everyone! Halloween is right around the corner, so I thought I'd put together some adorable treat holders for those upcoming spooky get-togethers. I LOVE the versatility of Jaded Blossom Stamps and Dies and how you can mix and match them to create awesome projects. 

 Today, I used the Build A Booth Die with the Build A Booth: Treat Box Add Ons to create these themed holders for the Halloween Peeps I bought at Target. I found Ghost, Monster, and Pumpkin Peeps so I made coordinating treat boxes for each one. I had so much fun with these!

For the Ghost Peeps, I used the gnome from the Boo Crew Stamp Set. The background panel was created using the Ghost Stencil Set. I combined two stamp sets for the sentiment: Spooky Season and Bone Chilling Treats. 

For the Monster Peeps, I used the gnome from Brewing With My Gnomies. The background panel was created using the Coffee Stain Stencil. I combined two stamp sets for the sentiment: Brewing With My Gnomies and Boo Crew.

For the Pumpkin Peeps, I used the gnome from Thankful For My Gnomie. The background panel was created using the Pumpkin Stencil and the Pumpkin Face Stencil. I combined two stamp sets for the sentiment: Pumpkin Picking and Candy Corn For Sale.

The Greeting Farm October 2023 Stamp Feature Day 3: ANYA IN ITALY

 Happy Wednesday Friends! We are on our last day of Stamp Features for the October 2023 New Release at The Greeting Farm. This month, TGF introduced 3 new stamp sets which are all available now for purchase. Claudette, Joni and I are on The Greeting Farm Blog showcasing the new release. This month Anya is traveling again and has her sites on Italy. ANYA IN ITALY was so popular it sold out immediately. Don't fret though, more are already on order and should be arriving to the store soon so keep checking back. I had this travel digital paper from Carta Bella called Let's Travel and cropped in on Italy to create the background paper. It had a Colosseum printed on the paper, but I covered it with the stamped version from the Anya In Italy stamp set.

I added the plate of spaghetti and coffee mug from the set next to the word Italy. I then stamped Buona Giornata in the bottom right corner, and added the Vespa and Anya in the left corner.

The Greeting Farm October 2023 Stamp Feature Day 2: SNOW DAY

 Happy Tuesday Friends! We are on Day 2 of Stamp Features for the October 2023 New Release at The Greeting Farm. This month, TGF introduced 3 new stamp sets which are all available now for purchase. These adorable penguins are hitting the slopes because there's no day like a SNOW DAY! From snowboards and skis to sleds and snow tubes, these penguins have all the equipment they need for lots of fun dashing through the snow! To fit all of these cuties, I created a slimline card and tore multiple layers of white cardstock to create the slopes.

I inked the top layers of each slope with light blue ink, but I should have went a little darker in order to see the layers better. The little houses and trees are also part of the this stamp set, along with the sentiment.

Today, I'm showcasing HOLIDAY ANYA 11. It looks like Anya might have been a little too mischievous this year and is trying to bribe Santa with some cookies and hot cocoa, LOL!

 

I'm a huge fan of Doodlebug Design paper and paired this Santa face background with my image. I turned the plate of cookies into a little table using the North Pole Sign Die from Jaded Blossom.
