In honor of National Scrapbook Day, we challenge you to a SCRAPLIFT!
This is a two week special challenge.
Today, May 5, 2012, is National Scrapbook Day. National Scrapbook Day was started in 1994 by Creative Memories and is celebrated on the first Saturday every May. Since 1994 paper crafters everywhere celebrate their passion for scrapbooking and other paper projects on this day. Who knows, maybe this will be a national holiday some day!! :)
To celebrate this awesome day, the CropStop Creative Team challenges you to scraplift one of our posted projects on the CropStop Challenge Blog. Choose your project, create your own version of it, and link it using the link tool at the bottom of the CropStop Blog Post. The winner will be chosen by random draw on May 20th and posted in the blog on Monday, May 21, 2012. Prize is a $20 Gift Certificate to the CropStop Store.
Follow these simple guidelines to qualify:
1. Enter a newly created project that scraplifts one of the pictured projects on the CropStop Challenge Blog.
2. Label your project with your name and link it using the link tool at the bottom of the CropStop post.
3. Give the name of the person/project that you have scraplifted in your blog post.
Challenge deadline is Saturday, May 19, 2012 at midnight, U.S. East Coast Time.
For my featured project I picked this 12-drawer Easel Card Dresser that I made at the beginning of my CropStop journey back in February 2011. You can see the original post HERE with a link to the original tutorial and my corrections to some of the measurements.
This dresser has an easel card attached to the top. 12 drawers is a bit much, but you can always just make one big drawer instead. :) I hope you find the time to link up your "Scraplifted" project to the CropStop Challenge Blog for a chance at a $20 gift certificate to the CropStop Store.
Have a great, crafty weekend!
Hugs,
Rosie
