Jaded Blossom March Release: Sneak Peek Day 2

 Happy Tuesday everyone! Today is Day 2 of Sneak Peeks for the Jaded Blossom MARCH 2021 Release, which is all about Spring and Easter. I always love Spring because the temperatures start to warm up and things start blooming! This release is full of so much goodness and you are going to love it all once again! For my card today, I created a scene using all 3 stencils along with one of the sentiments from Easter Wishes. The little birdies are from Buzzing with my Gnomes Stamp Set. I stamped the sentiment on white cardstock using Versamark Embossing Ink and then heat embossed it with white embossing powder. Next, I lightly rubbed Stormy Sky Distress Oxide Ink over the sentiment area until the words could be seen. I laid the Raindrop Stencil over the top and rubbed more Stormy Sky Distress Oxide Ink to create the rain.

 

 The cloud border was created using one of the dies from the Mushroom Dies Set. I created the flower bottom using the new stencils and then fussy cut around the top of the flowers and leaves. I placed the panel on green cardstock and cut a similar border pattern so I could have a green mat behind the flowers. The final step was to add the cute little birds.
