Conie Fong: SUNFLOWER GNOME + SANTA'S LITTLE HELPER

It's a busy day on my blog today. I have one last card to share with you...and it's a Christmas card! Have you started on your Christmas cards yet? I honestly never make enough so I usually end up buying them. But I'm hoping this year I can get at least the ones for family done. We shall see! Today I paired a couple digis from Conie Fong together to create this scene: Sunflower Gnome and Santa's Little Helper (the bag of presents).

 Copics:
Skin: E000, E00, E01, E11, E13
Hair: N2
Red: R24, R27, R29, R57, R59, R89
Black: C5, C7, C8, Black
Bear: E41, E42, E43, E
Puppy: C1, C2, C3, C5, R20
Green: YG23, YG25, G24, G46, G28
Teal: BG32, BG15, BG18
Stool: E42, E44, E47
Cricut Gold Marker

I created the living room scene using paper from different paper pads. The wood floor was created by cutting strips from Doodlebug Design Wood Grain paper, distressing the edges with Walnut Stain Distress Oxide Ink, and gluing the strips onto the sage green paper. Then I created a baseboard from white cardstock. The tree is a die from Tutti Designs called Gifts Under The Tree

The sentiment inside the frame is from Mama Elephant. I used a MFT die to create the square frame. The bag of presents is raised on foam tape for extra dimension.

If you create some cards using Conie Fong stamps, please stop by the Conie Fong Art and Design Facebook Page to enter the challenges. There are always two a month....one coloring challenge and one card challenge.

I Am Roses + Meet Rosie and Bernie

Happy Wednesday! Today, I'm sharing a card using gorgeous I Am Roses flowers with Stamping Bella Meet Rosie and Bernie. I love this entire line of Rosie and Bernie stamps, and own almost all of them because my nickname is Rosie, and of course I LOVE unicorns!!

I received some new flowers in the mail from I Am Roses which included some Candy Sweet Moon Roses (the large, multi-colored rose in the center). I am in love with these bright, rainbow colored roses! The dark pink cherry blossoms, mint small flowers, and tiny roses and leaves finish off the arrangement.

The paper and sentiment are from different Doodlebug Design Paper Pad. I used the Jaded Blossom Scallop Circle Die to create the pink frame around my image.

I Am Roses Challenges have started back up again! You have until October 8th to enter the current September Anything Goes Challenge HERE.

Have an awesome rest of the week everyone!

For Sneak Peek Day 2, I made two lollipop bags so I could show off both the Franken Gnome and Witch Gnome. I found these awesome lollipops at the Dollar Tree, and they were perfect for my projects!

I used the Ric Rac Topper Die to create the handled bag toppers. The Pumpkin Stencil and Pumpkin Faces Stencil are so awesome and created the cutest background to the fabulous Witch Gnome!

For the Franken Gnome bag topper, I rubbed embossing ink over the Pumpkin Faces Stencil on black cardstock, and then heat embossed it with white embossing powder. So much fun!

Next, I created sentiment labels to also go on the front of the bag. The stitched squares were cut out using the Slimline Dies. Then I used the Spiderweb Stencil and Distress Oxide Inks to create the background, and stamped the sentiment on top.

For Sneak Peek Day 1, I created a card and coffin box set for my friend who LOVES Halloween! I found this coffin goo with a spider in it at Target and it fit perfectly inside the coffin box.

To create the card, I rubbed various Distress Oxide Inks over the Spiderweb Stencil on top of white cardstock. I then spritzed it with water to create the lighter droplets. I created the coffin on top of the card using the lid of the Coffin Die. I first stamped the RIP and HERE LIES DEE PARTED on the top of the coffin lid using embossing ink and Nuvo Glacier White Embossing Powder. Then I used a makeup brush to rub the embossing ink over just one of the spiders from the stencil and embossed it with Nuvo Clear Embossing Powder. I did the same technique to create the spider in the top left corner, fussy cut it out, and added googly eyes.

Next, I scored each side tab on the lid in half and glued them together to create a narrow raised edge around the coffin lid. I had a bag of candy with a grass border and skeleton hand printed on the plastic bag. I cut it out and glued that to the side of the coffin lid.

For the Coffin Box, I rubbed the same colors of Distress Oxide Ink on the top of the coffin box cut-out. Then, I spritzed the top with water to get the lighter water droplets. To finish it off, I just stamped one of the sentiments from the Freebie Set on top. Easy Peasy!

Simon Says Stamp STAMPTEMBER: The Greeting Farm GOT CAKE?

Happy Sunday everyone! I have a special post today! The Greeting Farm is joining in the Simon Says Stamp STAMPTEMBER 2020 event and Marie created this AWESOME set called GOT CAKE? You can only purchase this set from Simon Says Stamp until supplies last. So head over and snag your set right away!! The Stamptember sets are flying off the shelves at a very quick pace so there is no telling if these will last all day!

I've been on a Pop-Up Box Card roll lately, so I created another one combining the Stamptember set with the Birthday Party Digi Set from TGF. This sweet girl is ready for her party!

I used the Lawn Fawn Scallop Card Pop-Up Dies to create the box. The paper is from Echo Park Birthday Wishes Girl 6x6 Paper Pad. The sentiments are from the Got Cake? Stamptember Set.

I had so much fun creating this special birthday pop-up box card using this fabulous set. The colors just make me happy! Now RUN to Simon Says Stamps and grab your set before it's gone for good. Remember, these sets are not re-stocked, and because it is a special collaboration set The Greeting Farm will not carry this in their store.

Have a great day!

Conie Fong: TWINKLE EMILY

Happy Saturday everyone! Have you seen some of the latest digis in the Conie Fong Store? She has put out some amazing ones! This cutie patootie named TWINKLE EMILY was calling my name so I had to color her up. You've probably seen her around on some Christmas cards, but I decided to go a different route with her....RAINBOW!

Green: YG23, YG25, G46

I lightly sketched in the rainbow lines coming from the star wand and colored them in with Copics. The splatters under her feet were created using a Tim Holtz Speckled Stencil and Distress Oxide Inks. The sentiment is from a Love Cynthia stamp set. To finish off the card, I added ribbon on opposite corners with some small bows.

The Greeting Farm Stamp Feature: TRICK OR TREAT 4, HALLOWEEN NITE, & HALLO SENTIMENTS DIGIS

Happy Monday everyone! We are on our last day of Stamp Features for the
SEPTEMBER Release at The Greeting Farm, and today is a doozie! Marie created 3 brand new Digi Sets for Halloween and they work perfectly together to create an amazing scene!

I created two projects today. I've been on a Pop-Up Box Card roll lately, so I created another one along with a card. One of my fave movies from the 80s is GHOSTBUSTERS so when I saw the Stay Puft Marshmallow digi with the Ghostbusters in the Trick or Treat 4 Set, I just had to go that route! The ghosts, tree, and moon/clouds are from the Halloween Nite Set. I also included the sentiments from the Hallo Sentiments Set.

Copics:
Skin: E000, E00, E01, E02, E11, E13
Boy Hair: E42, E44, E47
Girl Hair: E25, YR23, Y21
Clothes: E42, E43, E44
Machines: C3, C5, C7
Stay Puft: C0, C1, C2, Colorless Blender

Blue: B14, B16, B18, B29
Red: R24, R27, R29, R57, R59
Ghosts: YG01, YG03, YG11, YG23
Tree: W7, C8
Moon: YG00, YG21, C0, C1, Colorless Blender

I used Distress Oxide Inks on the sentiment panels and spritzed them with water. On the front panel I added 3 bats from the Halloween Nite set. On the side panels I added a small ghost. To create the "flying" ghosts I glued them to strips of plastic.

The city skyline scene was created using a Mama Elephant Die. To created the pop-up card box I used the Lawn Fawn Scalloped Card Pop-Up Dies.

My next project is a card. I enlarged Stay Puft in Microsoft Word, and then layered the two Ghostbusters in front of him.

Be sure to head over to The Greeting Farm Store and grab your favorites. You're going to LOVE them all! And please come join The Greeting Farm Fan Page to share you creations. We would love to see them!

Hugs,
Rosie
