Happy Wednesday everyone!! I'm back today to share my newest card for The Paper Shelter!! With the Holidays right around the corner our next challenge at The Paper Shelter Blog will last for 3 weeks to give the DT some time to spend with their families. The theme for the next 3 weeks is:
ANYTHING GOES!
What's the prize?? If you play with a TPS image and win, you get a $30 gift certificate to spend in The Paper Shelter STORE!! If you play in our challenge with a different image, you have a chance of winning three digis of your choice. You can view all the challenge rules HERE.

For my card today, I used this gorgeous digital stamp called UNFORGETTABLE MOMENT. Although I used her for a Christmas card you could also use her for a birthday. She's printed on X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copics.
Copics:
Skin: E000, E00, E01, E02, E11
Hair: E44, E47, E49
Red: R22, R24, R27, R29, R59
Green: G21, G24, G29
Yellow: YR21, YR23, YR24
The oval frame is from Spellbinders Floral Ovals Nestabilities. The dps are from The Paper Studio Holiday Wonder 12x12 Paper Pad. The dps in this paper pad are kind of vintage looking and go perfectly with this image. I made the poinsettia in the corner using Spellbinders Poinsettia Creations Shapeabilities. The corners were made using a Whimsy Corner Die, and the pearls are from Melissa Frances. The ribbon and lace came from my stash.
Have a great week!!

ReplyDeleteMorning Rosie, oh wow a really stunning card, I love the papers and your whole layout is beautiful. I do want to wish you and your family a wonderful Christmas and thank you so much for your cooperation in the last two Challenges. hugs Shirleyxxxxx
ReplyDeleteWHat a beautiful card. I like the traditional colours and image is very cute too - a bit vintage looking. :) Hugs! xx
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely stunning Rosie. I love the red & green, beautiful dies cuts and of course your wonderful colouring. hugs, Pat K x
ReplyDeleteRosie, this card is gorgeous. There's something to be said about the traditional red and green, isn't there?! I love your cold accents on this card, too. Your coloring is magnificent and her dress and hair are shaded fantastically. The corner die cuts and the flowers are beautiful accents and the lace is like frosting on the cake. This is an awesome card. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and have a safe and happy New Year! Hugs, Gail
