I Am Roses + Conie Fong's Emily with Penguin

 Happy Thursday friends! Today's card features the gorgeous flowers from I Am Roses with this digital image from Conie Fong called Emily with Penguin. It's one of my fave images for the upcoming season! I printed the image on Copic Xpress It Blending Card and colored it with Copic Markers.

The large tri-color flower is a red R43 Christmas Themed Peony. It's my favorite style of flower, and I have them in every color. I then added S15-427 red flowers, S10m-15 small achillea cottage white flowers, and tiny green leaves.

Jaded Blossom: BLACK FRIDAY SALE & NEW RELEASE DAY DAY 2!

For my project today, I used the Build A Booth Die and Build A Booth: Treat Box Add Ons with the new Build A Booth: Gingerbread House Add Ons to create this adorable Gingerbread House Treat Box to hold mini candy canes. It's hard to tell in the photos, but the green and red gumdrops, small circles on the roof, and red/white candy canes are all cut from glitter paper so there is a lot of sparkle.

 

I wanted to be able to add a sentiment at the top of the booth, so I moved the rooftop of the house lower so it's attached to the bottom portion of the house. The sentiment is from the Reindeer Feed Stamp Set. The little wreath on the door is from one of the campers in the Merry Campers Stamp Set. I stamped it and then fussy cut the wreath out.

I even added windows and gumdrops to the sides of the box. This was a lot of fun to put together!

Jaded Blossom: BLACK FRIDAY SALE & NEW RELEASE!

For my project today, I used the Build A Booth Die and Build A Booth: Treat Box Add Ons with the new Build A Booth: Christmas Characters Add Ons to create this Santa Booth. It holds some adorable milk chocolate Santas that I found at Walmart. 

Normally, the Build A Booth Die has an opening in the middle. But I wanted to give my Santa a face, so I cut a rectangle to fit behind the mustache and hat trim and colored it with E000 for the skin tone. 

 

I used the small circle die included in the new Build A Booth: Christmas Characters Add Ons to die-cut the black eyes. Then I used a white gel pen to add the pupil highlights.

 

I used some red patterned paper from Lawn Fawn Knit Picky for his hat. Isn't he adorable?! I love how he turned out. I was also going to add Liquid Applique to make the trim and pom pom of his hat fluffy and I forgot, LOL!

The Greeting Farm November 2023 Stamp Feature Day 3: ANYA IN GREECE

 Happy Monday! We are on our last day of Stamp Features for the November 2023 New Release at The Greeting Farm. This month, TGF introduced 3 new stamp sets which are all available now for purchase. Claudette, Joni and I are on The Greeting Farm Blog showcasing the new release.

This month we have another set to add to our travel series. ANYA IN GREECE features Anya in a toga, along with the Acropolis of Athens, and several other accessory stamps. I used patterned paper to create a living room scene with white stucco walls and a tile floor. Anya is ready to have a relaxing evening at home with some wine, grapes, and cheese. 

The chair and table came from the Miss Anya Amazing Set. The scallop frame is from My Favorite Things.

The Greeting Farm November 2023 Stamp Feature Day 2: SWEATER COUPLE

 Happy Friday! We are on Day 2 of Stamp Features for the November 2023 New Release at The Greeting Farm. This month, TGF introduced 3 new stamp sets which are all available now for purchase. Claudette, Joni and I are on The Greeting Farm Blog showcasing the new release. Remember, we have a Blog Hop going on until the 18th, and 1 lucky person will take home all 3 stamp sets!

Today, Anya, Ian, and their kitty are outside enjoying the cooler weather and the colorful leaves in this next set called SWEATER COUPLE. I love that all 3 are in coordinating sweaters! I stamped the characters on Copic Xpress It Blending Card and colored in parts of the image with Copic Markers. Then I stamped the images again on patterned paper, fussy cut the sweaters out and glued them onto my colored images. I usually make the couple look like me and Paul, but this time I colored them to look like my son and his girlfriend.

I mixed and matched various patterned papers to create this scene from their sweaters, to the leaf background, and the wood pattern at the top of the card to mimic a tree branch. I tore green paper for the grass, but the paper was too bright so I used markers to make the green darker.

The couch is from another TGF set called Critter Meet, and the table is from Miss Anya Amazing. I used digital paper for the wallpaper and wood floors.

 Today, I created a card for my hubby using this adorable digital image from Conie Fong called Kissed By An Angel. I used my Copic markers to give the boy a little Afro because that is how my hubby's hair was when he was younger. 

 

 
To take this card to the next level, I added gorgeous IAR flowers to both sides of the oval image. I cut apart a white spray so I could add some pink flowers in the mix. The sentiments are part of a Doodlebug Design paper pad.

This release is all about my favorite morning, afternoon, and evening beverage...COFFEE! I used the XL Topper Die to create a topper for this little gift of tea, and added 3 tea bags in the 5x5 clear bags. 

 
I used the Girl Gnome Dies with the new Tea Add Ons. Her hat is from the Girl Scarecrow Add Ons (freebie from October). To create the tea bag she is holding, I cut the base from white cardstock. Then I cut the bag layers from vellum paper and used the brush tip of my Copic Markers to make the tea leaf pattern on the back side of the vellum so it would look more like a tea bag.

The sentiment is from the Thanks A Latte Gnomie Stamp Set. The patterned paper is from Carta Bella Farmhouse Living 6x6 Paper Pad.
